Heres a update on some things. Its mostly minor and some of you already know it

1. All villages are open

2. all non custom clans are closed to everyone, those you have a bloodline thats non custom can keep it.

3. Chuunin exams are about to start, and I made the rule only one mission for this exam, after that it stay at 3

4.were adding the custom jutsus to the canon list

5. The forum store is open

6. BTW is Gone, now lava is in the best mood i've ever seen him.

7. a few compliants have been made about a certain mod..I hope he cleans his act up so i dont have to do anything.
