Description:The user creates positive and negative charges in his fist and collides them, creating lightning, it has a stun effect, Which disrupts the opponents chakra for a few posts (2 for c rank. 4 for A rank) Causing the user to have to use 2 times more chakra to use a jutsu. the effectiveness depends on the user's skill which can produce either a current that stuns the opponent for a long duration of time or a current that lasts only for very short time. This also depends on who the opponent is because if they are powerful enough, dispersing the effect with their own Chakra would be quite easy.

Description:(Officially known as the Fist of Reverse Lightning, it was renamed by Rian). It works by only creating a negative charge while using the enemies positive charge used to guard against Lightning Fist to create a lightning effect, it disrupts the flow of Chakra in the body of the enemy, the effectiveness of the technique depends on many separate factors, the user's skill level in the art and current condition when using Thunder Break, and the opponent's toughness and body density, with these factors the effect of the disruption can be very damaging or very weak. When the victim attempts to block the attack with chakra to negate the effects of lightning fist, the user uses thunder break to cause the victim's chakra to be blocked (2 posts for C-Rank, 4 for A-Rank) So they cannot preform any jutsu. Can also Be used as an AoE Attack that disrupts an area of 15 feet around the user. The user punches the ground disrupting the natural chakra around him to cause electricity to fly from the ground up paralyzing anything it touches for 1 post.

Description:This Skil requires no hand seals. It needs to be used in close combat situations in which the user is grabbed or grabs an opponents. It's basic theory is "Static Electricity" and it works by changing the voltage of the users body and uses the flow of Chakra as a current to shock the enemy. You generate negative charge on the left hand while inhaling and create a positive charge on the right hand while exhaling. Until the user lets go the person attacked will be continuously shocked so it's considered a kill technique. Thought a very dangerous move it requires alot of Chakra. to uses for 1 posts can incapacitate a victim more than that the users health deteriorates . 2 posts after that the victim dies but the user is unconscious for 5 ooc posts

Description: The User gathers lightning Chakra into three points around their hand the balls first strike with energy then send sound wave through what ever it strikes thrilling the surrounding area and causing it to break up into dust and rubble and can either hit with a physical attack or use the three balls as ranged projectiles that move at an extreme pace. If used as an physical attack the user can attack three time or once using every ball at once to do massive damage. The user can easily level a building to dust with this attack so its assumed that if it where to ever connect with a person they would be gone in a flash hence the name lightning flash.

Description: The User Fluctuates his Lightning Chakra around his body and releases it in intervals so that bolts of Electricity fly from his body randomly for 20 feet. The bolts can act as a defense since the User generates an aura of electricity that can be disrupted in an outburst to push back and paralyze a person for 1 post.it can also block incoming thrown projectiles.

Description: The user uses the ions in the air to focus on the space between him and the victim using the ions as a path way the user can send positive charges of strong electricity through them to injure the opponent drastically. Unlike all other Etol attacks this does only physical damage and does not affect the victims Chakra system. It has a reach of 50 yards but can only travel in a straight line. but it can be fired quickly about 4 times in one post.
Rain read the scroll of etol then burned it. since he was now the new succesor of this ancient art he could not allow the ancient edition of the style be allowed to exist it was up to him to create the new style of Etol on his own with out the help of his master.
Rian walked out to the outskirts of the Kumo village he was too weak and required a much larger spectrum of jutsus so he could keep up with everything that was happening around him.He placed his bag down and walked over to a lone tree in the grasslands and lakes. it was a bit windy so his coat whipped about as he walked and the grass brushed against his legs roughly as if trying to hold onto anything they could so the wind didnt take them away. He took a metal plate off that he had been wearing so he could practice on it. He tied it around the tree and walked in front of it now that he actuanlly had time to train on his own style of E.T.O.L. He took his stance and concentrated his chakra to flow positivly so he could preform the first and basic of etol. he concentrated and electricity formed in his hand. he breathed out and punched the metal slab gently to send electricity through it.
As he punched the slab the metal conducted the electricity quickly and clanged loudly as if it was a bell. Rian withdrew his hand and saw the metal was pulsing with electricity. He placed his hand on the slab and took in the positive electricty into himself by creating a negative pulse in his hand. As he did the slab no longer pulse with any electricity. He took his stance again and preformed the same functions once again. he was able to preform the Lightning fist again so he again withdrew any electricity from the slab into himself keeping his chakra pool stable and allowing himself to gain pure Charkra to use for the moves.
Rian continued to punch the slab denting it slightly and continuing to add more positive charges he drew his hand back quite far and smashed into the slab as hard as he could bending it around hi hand. The metal warpped around his hand and try as he might he was unable to remove it. He looked at his hand and thought for awhile. He could spend awhile pulling it and eventually get it off but be quite tired or he could skip to the next jutsu thunderbreak and hopefully it would work well. He contemplated it for a bit weighing his options with the amount of positive electricity inside the metal at the moment i was likely to explode outwards in many directions if he didnt release his negative chakra in a controlled matter.
Rian thought for awhile he deffinatly could burst out of the metal sending metal bits flying every which way with an uncontrolled burst of negative electricity. or he could concentrate his energy to a smaller area and rip out of the metal quickly. Rian already knew his answer and he concentrated on gathering negative energy in his hand he hadnt much practice with this move so it might not work as he hoped. HE gathered alot of negative energy to his hand and prepared to release it in the hopes that the entrapping metal released his had so he would be able free his hand
Rian used all the negative energy he gatehred and released it in a cone facing away from his body. As the energry connceted with the positive energy they collided causing the greater negative energy to push through the positive causing flucuations in the metal turning it malable and he bursted through the metal easily. The metal blew otwards and shrapnel stuck into the tree deeply. If he wanted he could preform this trick again, and use all the shrapnel as a weapon. it would be effective but quite crude. He removed his arm from the metal and tossed it aside. Now he would work on something else instead maybe he would practice eletric yo yo

Rian grabbed a metal pole that he had drug along form the traing as well. This would be used for the training in eletric yo yo. He twrilled the pole around for a bit to relax some tension he had built up from the metal fiasco. He closed his eyes and spun the metal over his head tossing it high into the air. He thought back to when his master demonstrated the breathing tech of the eletric yo yo. he had explained that one would need to breath out first then inward in order to properly perform the jtsu. While maintaing a negative and positive charge in opositve hands and using what ever you where holding as a closed cuircuit for the electricity to flow through causing massive damage.
Rian caught the pole as it came twisting down at his head. He pun the pole and grassped it in his other hand while holding on to it with his other he took sa few calming breaths ready to preform the jutsu. He first practiced with applying only positve energy into the pole and pushing a ball of electricity back and forth testing out the positive control of the process. He could tell that the metal was heating up slightly and eased the flow of positive energy till only a trickle of electricity pullsed through the metal cooling it off slightly. He prepared to test it with negative energy.
He Rian began sending negative electricity through the metal pole. once again he bounced a ball of the engergy back and forth along the metal pole in order to get an idea of how much electricity would be needed for such an object of the negative kind. He fluctuated hes electricity through the pole until it began to warm up. Then he steadily decreased the amount of energy. until again there was only a trickle of electricity surging through it. He held it that way for a bit the released it completely he was now ready to use electric yo yo
Rian melted the iron pole between his hands and dropped the rest of the iron pole onto the ground along with the melted iron. He then walked to the tree he had tied the plate too. he would try the more advanced jutsu Lightning Flash. He Knew he would need to concentrate his positive and negative energy in three points so that they would form balls of energy around his arm. He concentrated his chakra on his arm and gathered positive and negative energy to it. As he didnt a masive reaction began having his chakra leap visually off his arm into three points. he then drew his arm back and punched the tree. As his fist connected the electricity all hit at the same time causing a massive explosion to occur and course through the tree the tree charged with so much electricity was disintegrated the dust blew away as the shock wave of collapsing sound destroyed a crater of about 10' feet wide and deep behind his attack. Rian looked at his hand and smiled he had mastered that jutsu fairly quickly. He looked into the crater and whistled this would deffinatly be one of his jutsu to turn to.
Rian Walked about 50 yards away from where the tree had once been he was about to attempt the final jutsu he had planned on using at the moment right now he concentrated and thought back to what his master had told him about ions in the air.
"Rian do you know anything about ions?" Taer asked rian as he played with a ball balancing it on his finger tip.
Rian looked up from his studies and shook his heas he had no idea what an ion was. A few hours went by and his master told him that ions where a way for etol to be able to travel voids to reach an opponent and that if used correctly could even be used to fly if a person was able to rightly control them well enough.
Rian was amazed as his master told him all about inos.
Rianb opened his eyes and gathered chakra to them he was going to attempt to see the path ways the ions wanted him to take. After awhile of looking he was finally able to see particles floating in the air and the seemed to be throbbing he took a deep breath and attemopted the jutsu he raised his right hand and unleashed positive charges along the lines of ions creating bolts of electricity to instantaneously strike where he directed them he shot the bolts four times quickly and lowered his hand looking at it
