OOC: This is where you can announce through role playing that you want me to create a Squad of Anbu.

IC: The small green turtle walked through the sand village. Surprisingly, he was extremely fast compared to the normal tortoise. He walked at the normal pace of humans infact, which wasn't very fast but fast compared to turtles who were natural turtles. The turtle arrived at the doors of the palace, and for a short while, he was stuck. He didn't have hands to turn the door knob, and his body was physically too small to push the door open. Though, eventually, someone came and opened the door for him.

"Sankyuu...uh, do you mind carrying me to the Kazekage's office? Tell him that I'm a messenger from one of his shinobi."

The Jounin who opened the door for him, picked up the Ninkame. He was fascinated with the turtle, he had never seen one in real life, and one that could talk! The jounin carreid the tortoise to the Kazekage's office and then announced the Ninkame.

"Kazekage-sama, this turtle is from one of our shinobi in the village. I think it's an urgent message."

"Yep, it is. Jikota-sama wants to speak to you directly. See?"

The ninkame was placed onto the desk of the Kazekage. He then opened his mouth, and inside, was a television image of Jikota. Jikota was waving at Ballian. The Ninkame were working as receivers so that the Kazekage could continue his work and Jikota' didn't have to steer away from his family.

[color=blue]"Yo, sorry I couldn't come in person. My mother is having lunch made and it's a special one because I returned to the village. Though, this message is of severe importance. I would like to know, why you invited me back into the Sand village? You said that the village was in danger but, I see no problem with the village. It's as normal as ever. What is going on? Is a war about to start or something?"

The turtle's intercom was a bit fuzzy, though you could hear sound clearly. It was as if watching television at home.

"Well, war....i am not sure about, i am waiting on oto's response with zaraki..."He spoke softly."But i want you all to train, Make a special anbu squad, or what not."He smiled as looking at the door."Anything else?"He said.

"Anbu? This should be fun. That'll be all Ballian-sama."

The Ninkame closed his mouth, closing the communication line between Ballian and Jikota. The Ninkame then said goodbye and dispersed, returning back home. Meanwhile, on the other side of town, Jikota had picked up the message from the Ninkame. The rest can be only said.

OOC: Sorry, had to make a quickie and I'm in a hurry.
