Still, he had wanted to spend some genuine time with Tamotsu and as thus, he could not complain. He stretched his arms gingerly as he brushed a hand through Tamotsu's hair somewhat playfully before responding to his address. "Indeed, I am here for you when you need me and that will never change. You are my best friend, my partner...and I will not leave your side."

He said, his face recant into a smile as his eyes captured the one that was most dear to him, Tamotsu the Hokage of the village he loved, and had loved since a child. He could see Tamotsu's point, there was nothing that bound him, nothing except his love for this village and it's leader. If he did not feel as he did, nobody could stop him form leaving so he was truly as the wind in that respect. _________________

"What you might be thinking...it has been the only thing beyond war that I think about..." He felt an urge within him, an urge to move forwards, and he did as the urge within dictated, pushing Tamotsu's arms aside and leaning forwards into a kiss. His right arm embraced Tamotsu as he kissed the one who he loved, then stepped away as he stared towards Tamotsu with solemn eyes that reflected his own feelings and his own stout seriousness about the feelings he posessed, the feeling he had poured into the kiss. He felt somewhat shocked that he had done what he had just, however that seemed to melt away from him as did his misgivings. He was free of those emotions so all that he concentrated on was his love for Tamotsu. _________________

"Tsubame, I just want..." Before he could finish, the union of mouths had already begun and there was no denying that neither of them were ready for it. It was unexpected, it was bold, it was rash and it was done wrong. And yet as he felt Tsubame bring him closer to him, he felt that odd completion once more and melted into the kiss. But what was right for a moment came to it's end like a good things and he looked at the Bird Master and looked away. He ran his fingers on his lips as if to collect what nectar he could from the fruit of that kiss. And yet he found nothing to savor and the bitterness of the moment sank in.

"I..don't know all the details, I still need to sort them out..however there is something that i know for truth, and that is that I love you...nothing can change that." He said, his eyes concentrating on the Hokage's own while resting his digits upon the shoulder of his Hokage. What Tsubame had said was the truth of how he felt about Tamotsu, nothing could change his feelings for Tamotsu, and nothing would. He stepped forwards, raising his right arm as Kurenai soared down from the heavens, occupying it only moments later. He patted the falcon's head gently. _________________

Tamotsu looked into Tsubames pools of green he called eyes. They seemed to have shone brighter in the light and he felt as if they were trying to make the leaves and the grass envious. He his fingers touched his shoulder he felt an odd sensation that he long for and began to take his hand and caress his face with it. They were callous and rough, the way a hunter's hands should feel. If they cut his cheek, it would not matter because it would be harm not purposely meant. He nuzzled like a pup seeking warmth from it mother. He didn't want this moment to end. But his heart was shaken by his prior transgressions.
"Why did you leave me? I know it wasn't training, Tsubame. So don't lie to me anymore and tell me why you left me alone in the first place for 2 years." Tamotsu spoke softly.
As he did, an eagle flew by and dropped a scroll. He pulled away from Tsubames hand to retrieve the scroll and read it. His eyes opened wide and he then closed the scroll.
"Wait for me here, please. I swear I will return. I promise it." "I had Black-Ops missions in Hidden Cloud Village; I was disguised as an ANBU from Hidden Cloud and aided heavily in assassination of the previous Raikage, I was hunted down and had to spill much blood back then, and see my comrades die. I was the only Konoha Shinobi to return from that mission." He said, his countenance taut into a frown as he told Tamotsu of why he had been gone, and he still hid the fact that he was the one to assassinate the Raikage, but he felt that information best left out. When Tamotsu took the scroll, he had an idea of what was about to happen, and was right as Tamotsu told him to remain where he was. That was not something that Tsubame could do, and smiled pleasantly. "Like hell I'm going to leave your side, besides, you forget that I can fly." He said, then as Tamotsu left the lake he took to the air above AJ while having Kurenai scout ahead. His eyes swirled with blackness, the special effect of the contacts leaving gray swirls over his eyes as he saw what Kurenai saw.

Description: This is the Dojutsu of the Raptor clan. It allows the user and their Bird of prey partner to use each others eyes. The most advanced version of the Mouchougan. When this Dojutsu is activated the ninja’s eyes split down their middle and open to a bird like design. In addition to the effects of the level 2 Mouchougan, the user’s own vision gets enhanced to that of their bird partner. The chakra strain at this level is great and only Jounin level ninja or higher should use it.

Tamotsu reappeared and could see no one around and sighed a moment. He walked over to the river and began washing his hands to get rid of the blood on them. He then sat back down thinking about what was told to him and why Tsubame had gone. His day of peace was destroyed and he could no longer find a reason to smile. But he did manage to smile as he thought about what Tsubame had told him. But once more good thoughts disappeared and he looked down into the river and began thinking to himself.
