Background: he was bor into the sand village wear he was raised by his father his mother died from a illness his father trained im hard and mercylessly exactly 5 mounths ago his father dicisded to give him a "specail gift" and sent him to the ungerworld after a fight with a demon named herrono he agreed to give up his arm in excange for his he agreed later it was descovered that herrono was a realitive of his kera was soon kicked out of the village for his arm soon he hated them and all humanity he soon learned how to use the arm and promised himself to make those he hated pay (the reason hes cannibalistic is that he thinks that it makesm him less human and more demon)

More like totally rebalanced. Not a single physical weakness. Also, just "missing-nin" isn't a rank. You need to be missing-nin D,C,B,A or S-rank. Since you start at genin level, it's gonna be D-rank _________________
