I think he should just train his last slots and then join a village....and you can buy more if you want more.

You wouldn't lose anything, except slots. So just learn more jutsu til they are filled up.

no no I think his lower capacity to read covered for that action. Anyhow I would not see how he would lose his already given slots away from him as it would make no sense.

Yeah, I have 24 Jutsu, I'm an S-rank shinobi(Gonin/Sannin Strength) but, AJ said I'm not allowed my 25th, which is okay because I can always purchase another slot with my 5 FC.
