Explanation: Kaeor the kage has decided its time to ally Iwa with some strong allies.  A rumor has been going around that Sunagakure & Otogakure will soon be going to war with Konoha & possibly Kirigakure.  Kaeor needs you to possibly ally Iwagakure with Sunagakure & Otogakure.
