IC: Removing his hands from the ground he took a second to think on a way to incapacitate this monster of a man well I know that frontal attacks wont work against this guy he's just too strong, and tangling him up won't work either so I'm just going to have to tier him out the old fashioned way.

Taking a deep breath he exhaled slowly looks like I'll have to lay all the cards on the table Running through the hand seals he took a deep breath and and his chest puffed out and his cheeks expanded until he was at the bursting point and when he couldn't hold it back any longer he leaned forward and a gushing stream of water exploded out from his mouth and spread out in every direction until he was standing on the newly formed lake. Raising his head back up he wiped his mouth off god I hate using that jutsu, it uses up to much chakra but I had no choice.

"Now for part two" he said to nobody as he ran through another set of hand seals "Suiryuudan no Jutsu" he whispered while behind him the water started to churn and a large stream of it rose and shot off into the mist as it took on the form of a dragon headed straight for his large opponent.

IC:Ballian watched as he moved his hands to block the entrance with sand, water slashed and crashed into it and ballian yawned as watching the fight go on."mmmm, all is good...except for that dragon."Kenpachi yawned as held one hand up against the dragon, as the dragon hit his hand pressure was applied horrifically."Hmm, interesting."using his zanpakuto to guard the blast so he didn't fall to his knees from under the pressure.

Ballian laughed as the pressure applied."Kenpachi...Funny.."he said knowing what was gonna come next, Kenpachi put his one hand on his eye and removed his eye patch and put it in his pocket and slashed the water dragon in half, cuts all over on his body from the water."Stupid....big....watery....dragon.."glaring at the itichi and walked over to him and raised his blade quickly and slashed.

IC: Noah gave a slight smile as the giant in front of him brought his sword down in a vain attempt to strike him. Cutting the chakra flow to his feet he dropped straight into the water below beneath his attacker and swam to a safe distance before re-emerging from the water. Standing about twenty feet off to his opponents left he used the water and created a clone in front of him than place an explosive tag on it's back.

well that's one piece set up, now to keep at a safe distance and be smart about my remaining chakra Noah thought as he dropped back into the water at least I have the advantage in here. The water clone charged raising it's sword preparing to slash but never got the chance because he was just a few feet from Zaraki and it was close enough, Noah activated the the tag on the clones back causing an explosion that sent a shock wave through the water past him and waited for the smoke to clear to see if the trap had worked on the giant.

Ballian sensed someone was near his office and sighed as walked away from the battle, when looking at the fight."Damn, i always miss all the fun...."walking away slowly and normally. Kenpachi watched him and sighed."We're done." Stopped and dodged everything."Man that looked like it was gonna hurt."He laughed and fell over then broke through the sand that guarded the entrance."Lets go find, him...he might be back at his office."He yawned.

IC: Noah was a little shocked when Zaraki looked up towards the palace and than announce that they were finished before crashing the barrier I guess something more important has come up, well good thing because my chakra was starting to run low he thought as his feet touched the ground and the water dissipated around him and soaked into the earth beneath him. Poping a soldier pill into his mouth to replenish his chakra and still dripping wet he rushed into the palace making sure not to lose site of Zaraki as he led them to the Kage.
