Description: A sword that is about 3 feet long with a 6 inch hilt. It's made out of a special metal that makes it appear black. The alloy allows chakra to flow within it to make it cut deeper and more precise.

Chakra cutter? Is this like Asuma's blades? If so you would need the wind element to use it.
