Training Points System

For those of you who don't know, here's the break down of what Training Points are and what they do!

Training points are points awarded for completing a mission. Each mission has a set amount of Training Points that can be gained. The points do not split when more then one person do the mission, so if there's 80 TP for the mission, all participants get 80 TP. TP can then be used to cut down the amount of posts required to train a jutsu. This is how it works.

Genin - Chuunin: 10 TP = -1 Training Post
Jounin: 20 TP = -1 Training Post
Gonin - Kage: 30 TP = 1 Training Post

As for Rank Training and Kinjutsu Training, there is a seperate System for that as well.

Rank Training: 150 TP = -1 Point needed out of 5. Max. 1 Point.

Kinjutsu Training: 200 TP = -1 Point needed out of however many needed. Max. 2 Points.
