If you have a Character from Dragonball Z- Next Dimension then please brace yourself. It's time to enter the "Strongest Under Heaven" World Tournament, the Tenkaichi Budokai!
Okay, here are the rules, you lose if:
a fighter touches the outside of the ring
a fighter hits the other fighter below the belt
a fighter surrenders
a fighter is knocked unconscious and does not regain consciousness before the tournament announcer counts to 10.
