Appearance: She normally wears an earth brown cloak that shes uses to hide earthen areas. Rather than the pure black skin of her fellow clansmen her's is brown with flecks of orange in it. She wear baggy brown cloths, her pants have plenty of pockets. It may not seem like it, but her clothes are armored, chainmail attached to inside of her cloths. She carries her projectiles in a small bag that slings over her shoulder.

Earth Shaping- Horitsu can manipulate earth. They can cause small quakes and shoot dust to blind foes. Of course these quakes get stronger the more experienced a shinobi they become.

Name: Kosei no Kobushi [Fist of the Just]
Type: Taijutsu/ Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Bloodline strongly attuned to earth and some kind of natural earth control.
Description: This style allows the user to create small portion of temporary armor and teaches them elaborate grappling maneuvers. When used, this style you can turn dirt and other lose earth in armor. This is usually just around the fist in order to hit harder, but may be used to defend limbs and portions of the body. The armor can be formed quickly, considering there's lose enough earth around. This armor is shabby and will brake in one to three hits. Being law enforcement, the Horitsu added in grappling technique, because sometimes you just need to apprehend the foe. These grapples and pin are also couple with a few pressure point techniques, immoblizing then paralyzing the target. Finally, at the peak of this style is bone breaking and spine snapping skills, usable only by Jounin and higher.

Description: This move is created to be an opponent finisher. It builds a massive amount of chakra into the fist and some along the arm. This greatly increases the strength of that one blow, crushing bones and causing tremors. This take a large amount of chakra and it's suggested to only use two times a day, three if you must push it. Seeing this does nothing to protect the fist doing the hitting, the user normally uses the armor function of Kosei no Kobushi.

Requirements: A long, prehensile tail.
Description: This makes it possible to use the already flexible nekojin tail (that can already pick up small objects) as an offense weapon. At first this is accomplished by using chakra to improve it's strength, but slowly yet surely the less chakra is used. This allows the tail to become naturally strong. The tail can blungeon with as much force as striking someone with your forearm. You can also grapple one of your opponents limbs with your tail, it's as strong as an single arm.

Description: Utilizing the ancient and forbidden arts of the cat demons, the user summons a permanent elemental puppet formed from part of they're own soul. To learn this, you must take a test set by the elders in charge of your sector of Nekojin forest. They evaluate your mental performance and physical health and if you pass that, they send you into a special section of the forest that contains the instructions to the summoning. The forest is dangerous and has Jounin rank assassins within. If one were to pass this test they spend the next three day gather material and doing the necessary rituals. The ritual basic has the user forming a alchemic seal involving his subfamily's element. This seal is formed on an important item to the person and may affect the puppet's appearance. They finally unleash a large amount of elemental energy and a bit of their own life force. They quickly combine this into a puppet that could have just about any appearance, but in size in no larger than ten feet. Puppet of each element have they common features listed next. If it's Wind, It will be able to fly and become hard to locate because of it's wispy appearance. If it's Water, it can swim and exist in water pressure fine. It looks like water, so it's hard to locate in the water. Earth can hide in the ground and can always take alot of damage. It knows any jutsu its' creator knows (as long as it's none or of the same element type) plus an addition C ranked and an A ranked jutsu (or any combination of jutsu that equal that). As far as weapons, they can have just about any no projectile weapon a physical puppet could have, unless you choose to loose that C ranked jutsu for a rapid fire canon of some sort (bottomless ammo), and/or the A ranked jutsu for a high powered rocket that take 15 minutes to reload. Once the puppet's abilities are chosen, they cannot be changed. The user most always keep the seal on them, or they will not be able to summon the puppet. The are a few who have been know to form the seal on there bodies and these puppets tend to be stronger. Self sealing is dangerous and unwritten (at least in what the elders leave you) process, if one comes out with a body seal they are considered a genius. If you do attempt it though, keep in mind it could kill you. As side effect of the spiritual force invested in it. It can strategize for it's own letting the shinobi concentrate on his own actions. All puppets obey the creator, but many tend to think to be of higher standards than the owner which may lead to them correcting the shinobi in the middle of battle. Lastly, some puppets manifests themselves as weapons rather than puppets. These are still sentient, but can't move by themselves. However they make this up by naturally synchronizing the shinonbi's movements. They also tend to be snobbish, thinking everything is below them.

Requirements: A bloodline or bijuu strongly connected to the particular element choosen.
Description: The user pulls one element together into a solid weapon. The particular name depends on the element choosen, normally the release name of the element and "buki" or the name of the weapon type. The element is in all ways the weapon it's created from, but damage dealt may be effected by it's type. There's also a shadow release of this which can be used by Naras and those with like bloodlines.

Description: This increases the shinobi's connection to their weapon, allowing for two effects. Firstly, they may absorb the weapon into themselves saving the chakra it takes to make it and also making it perminate. Secondly the weapon receives two special effects. These effects are basic and either have something to do with the owners bloodline or the element's general nature (Wind blows aways, unquechable fire burns, dust blinds, etc.)

Description: Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent.
Doton: Doroku Gaeshi [Earth Release: Earth Shore Return]

Description: After striking the ground with his hands, the user creates a large wall of earth that will rise into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, since a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.
Doton: Doryo Dango [Earth Release: Mud Dumpling]

Description: A Doton (earth element) ninjutsu technique requiring impressive Taijutsu. The ninja digs into the ground beneath them and tears out a large chunk of dirt and rock, holding it together with their chakra. Depending on their strength, they can hold any size ball of earth, and then throw it upon their enemy, crushing them.

Description: The user performs a technique that forms a rapid river of mud on the ground beneath the opponent.
Doton: Doryuudan no Jutsu [Earth Release: Earth Dragon Missile]

Requirements: Doton: Doryu Taiga [Earth Release: Earth Flowing River]
Description: A Doton (earth element) ninjutsu technique, used in conjunction with Doton: Doryu Taiga [Earth Release: Earth Flowing River], where the user creates a likeness of a dragon's head out of earth that launches mud balls from its mouth onto the opponent. This jutsu has tremendous destructive power, but it also consumes a lot of chakra. No shinobi should be able to use this technique more then once in a battle.
Fuuton: Daitoppa [Wind Release: Grand Blast]

Description: The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.

Description: The user will be able to disappear from previous current position in a flurry of Sand and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use.
Suna Bunshin [Sand Replication]

Requirements: Sand
Description: Creates an identical copy of the user, except in sand form. When it is attacked, it does not disappear like other regular clone techniques. Instead, it can transform parts of itself back into sand in order to snag and attack the opponent. This makes it one of the strongest and most advanced types of clones. Only after it is damaged enough to the point of destruction, it takes on the form and appearance of regular sand.
Background: Toyako grew up a very athletic youth, arguablly faster than her comrade Sakurazaki. She was a sportstar in her elementary and highschool years. She throws swiftly and precisely, even with object that would be consider unwieldly to throw. Even though she cares about her ranged techniques the most, she's avid with her control over earth. While not stupid, her companions tend to be smarter than her so she acts like the tank of the group in battle. The elders picked her for the sheer skill she possessed, adding in that the other two need muscle to round the group out.
