IC: The Moon stood high in the sky with its beaming aura of beauty upon the earth that they lived on, kazekage sat on a large rock, deep sigh came from the young man's mouth with a sign of happiness built inside."what a day...."Holding his knee to his chest with his fan at hand and two blades at his side."Kogi?"he said as looking at his best friend hiding in the blowing sand, Slowly revealing himself."whats wrong..."he said calmly.

Kogi walked over to him and laid next to the rock."She almost died..."He spoke as looking at the sand blowing around."It seemed to be a mist shinobi."Glaring at kogi."you are lying....you better be sure..."he said as kogi looked at him."Pretty certain, actually about 80 percent."looking at him. Ballian bit his finger."after that one shinobi backed us up....then a mist shinobi attacked my dear female friend..."starring then jumping down and looking at Kogi.

"Kogi.....thank you...anything else?"He spoke as looking then kogi removed his mask."I think echizen died..."He said looking at him."Hmm, Who cares....Pathetic fool left the village without an escort....i would of not gave a care anyways..."saying as leaning against the rock and sliding down to sit on the soft pieces of dirt.

"You act so leisurely for being so exposed, kage." said a deep and penetrating voice, booming from behind the Kage and Kogi. "Ah...Ballian." Everwill chuckled out, "You have grown since the days that Megume mentored you." He began to circle the two. "So much so that I almost understimated you back in the tower." he stopped when he had arrived infront of Ballian. "However. it seems we now look to a common enemy."

His eyes closed for a second, then opened with the breathing of the syllable. "Mist." He cocked his head. "Now you may say to yourself, 'what has Mist done to hurt your pride? dishonor your dignity?'" He crossed his arms. "The sickness Renima-san had is one often found in Mist. They could have possibly cured him, but didn't. They allowed one of my last surviving friends, to die." He let out a sigh, and let it soak in.

IC:The shock of kogi when seeing the wanted man, which they seen back in ballian's office that murdered the fired men, drawing his blade and making a few hand seals, ballian covered his hands stopping him."No, He's been here a while....I am surprised you didn't sense him."Looking at kogi an d looked up at everwill."well, last thing i believe he did...was face me...."Points to the large hole inside of the sand caused from several jutsu's.

Kogi stared at his best friend with shock why he didn't attack the man."you...you...."he looked at kogi."Hes wanted so what? same with kenpachi...He was outstandingly strong...he should be out of the hospital now, with that implant."he said looking at kogi."...."Silently sat there and getting up and walking away."Kogi, don't take it that way...."he said as watching his best friend disappear."Mist, cure..."strikes his mind with a bit of curiosity."well, everwill."he spoke.

"Anyone who touches my woman, don't deserve to very long, Specially if i was gonna make an alliance with this family....my closest friend, lays on my bed in pain....they are crushing my honor...what makes you feel any different...i got a sword this morning which, renima was wielding when he fought me..."he spoke, slowly getting up and starring face to face."I plan to crush that pathetic land...specially letting someone of such an honor die that way."He spoke."what makes you come out in the middle of the desert to have a conversation with me?"brushing off the sand off his clothing.

"Hmph." Everwill grunted. "Come out here to talk to you? I was spying. I had no intention of entering the conversation until i overheard you talking about Mist. Then I began my approach. You probably sensed me about 500 meters back, when I ventured downwind." He turned his back, and walked a bit farther away form Ballian. He could barely see Kogi passing over a sand dune. "Tell me Ballian. When do you plan on making the mist finally fall?"

He turned. "When do you plan on this? And how do you plan on doing it? Mist is dangerous. You are undermanned. You will need help." His voice was steady, and harsh enough to strike fear into the heart of any man.

IC:Looking at the man who stood before him that spoke of the downfall of mist."What makes you think i am gonna let that plan fall, I have enough shinobi......additional....kenpachi and the copy wheel eye implant shall make it interesting."Ballian spoke softly as everwill had his eye on the disappearance of ballian's friend."Well, i am guessing you want in on this war..."Looking at everwill knowing thats what he was wanting ballian to ask him."you and kenpachi can work together well?"He smiled crossing his arms and waiting for his response.

The man laughed. "I can answer two of your questions. Yes I want in. But..." He said, cracking his neck and back. "I have no clue as to who this Kenpachi is. As long as he isn't as wreckless as some of these ninja I've seen, I could get along with him very well. I like a sort of order, when I do things. You would have noticed that your Palace was unscathed until you blew the top off the fuckin' thing. I don't like damaging things, unless it comes down to life and death." He sighed, and then looked to the ground. "But lets just hope that it doesn't come to that. Otherwise there won't be a Mist village."

He looked back up to Ballian. "When do we leave. I'm itchin' for some blood. I'm sure some of the others are too, if they are still alive..."

IC:Ballian sat there and thought."Zieg-Sama, almost lost to lava mai from kiri, didn't he?"looking at everwill."This war isn't going down, I don't need kenpachi dying, or any of my suna shinobi....But knowing you live in oto....I want you to ask zieg something.....Cause rumors spread that hes back...."Looking at him with short silent notes of speaking came from ballian."But first lets go to my office, i want to show you something.....Fact is can i trust you to show you...."He said with a dead look on his eyes."we cannot speak of this plan with anyone, except zieg."closing his eyes as walking along the sand.

Ballian stood there looking at everwill."also, Gimme any weapons you have...i don't want my village getting all scared of you...after all you did kill a bunch of Ex-government officials."a small laugh came from his lips.

Everwill messed up his face, thinking to himself, What did he just ask ME to do? He chuckled. "Listen boy, I ain't givin' you anything. Nor do I live in Oto. Nor do I live anywhere in particular. As for Zieg being back, I don't know, but now you can figure that out for yourself. I'll meet you in Kiri, boy."

He cracked his neck and turned around, starting to walk away. He called over his shoulder, "You have to tread lightly while dealing with us. Step too hard and we'll let you fall." With that, he was nothing more than a set of footprints, and a kick of sand.
