It becomes a beautiful pure white sword, with a ribbon coming from the handle thats at least three times longer than the actual sword. When released in shikai (or bankai for that matter), Rukia can use Ice Release Jutsu, but she still has to learn them as normal. It also gains two abilities;
Some no Mai, Tsukishiro (First Dance, White Moon) - Using a moderate amount of chakra, she creates a pillar, freezing all within it. It's 15 feet across, 50 feet high. Once frozen, the pillar shatters and deal a great amount of damage to anything the was caught in it. This freezes a circle of the ground before rising into the sky, so if you jump out the circle you're safe.
Tsugi no Mai, Hakuren (Next Dance, White Ripple) - She turns her zanpakuto point down and creates four incisions on the ground. She then pulls her sword up pointing it towards her target. A large wave of snow is sent towards the enemy. This takes a moderate amount of charka. This is like a smaller, single target version of the Suiton: Daibakufu.
San no Mai, Shirafune (Third Dance, White Sword) - This is more of a supplementary dance, and doesn't require any movement like her other skills do. When ever her sword is broken, she can call moisture from the air to restore her blade. Anything within the length of her sword at the time will have the blade impaled through it and freeze. She can also use this to improve the cutting power of a single strike, which will also partially freeze the surface of what it strikes.
Bankai
Shikifuku No Shirayuki
The blade changes little, except the ribbon is four times longer than the sword it's self. She's now clothed in a beautiful priestess' uniform, the bottom of the robe and pants bearing light blue snowflake patterns. Four lillies of light blue ice, each about six feet long, comes from her back.
Snowflakes and snow are constantly trailing from the bottom of the robe. She can control her ribbon, which is as sharp as her sword, and her lillies that blungeon people. Her evasion is greatly enhanced and she gain two abilities. Note while her shikai only takes chakra when she uses it's abilities, this constantly drains chakra just for being active. It's special abilities take even more. As a result, Rukia only stays in this form for short periods of time.
Youn no Mai, Shiroshisei (Fourth Dance, White Stance) - This allows her to extended her lillies up to fifteen feet from her. While powering this ability with chakra, extending them or not, her lillies and sword now freeze things they strike. This is a light sheet of ice that only freezes small portions of the enemy. A decently strong hit to the ice will shatter it, and a physically strong opponent can easily break out of it.
Saigo no Mai, Shironiwa (Last Dance, White Garden) - This skill fires seeds of ice that embed themselve into objects. A few second after striking, these seed will grow lillies created out of ice. If these are shattered they may cause internal damage, as well as external.
Shuukyoku, Shiroarashi (Finale, White Storm) - Rukia creates a snowstorm, which hinders movement and eyesight within it. Her own speed and eyesight are unhindered. The chilling nature of the storm threatens to freeze people, which slows them down. The storm produces a genjutsu like effect that deadens the senses, which slows perception. Even after summoned, this storm is a constant drain on chakra, and due to it affecting allies Rukia may not want to use this that often. This storm covers an area of 150 feet.

I could have swore I've seen someone do that bankai later thing on here. That's the only reason I didn't add it. Ah well, working on it now. Also, had this been a bleach site I would have posted bankai and would've attempted to be more original.... _________________
Lava said the ice was ok, as long as the freezing ability is balanced. I'll post bankai after the first dance seems fair. It is avoidable and coming from an A ranked weapon. _________________
