Phoenix of the Burning Soul

Requierments:The Riyukous bloodline. Stage three
Type:Ninjutsu
Description: The user is ingulfed in crimson flames, and begins to take the shape of a phoenix. The user can then use the power of the phoenix flames to strike his opponent, burning the user's opponent outsides, and insides. This jutsu can also be used to create a massive explosion, if the user hits the ground. After this jutsu is used the user losses all their chakra, and physical energy, causing them to possibly lose consciousness.

Since I didn't even add this I guess I should.

This jutsu is incredibly powerful and could be considered a One-hit kill if used. It needs to be toned down.
