Appearance: She's a rather sleek, young looking nekojin. She has the usually the feature of the Daikonran family and looks a little younger than she is. She wears white, parts of her outfit outlined in a dark green. Her shirt is held closed by a flap that buttons up near left shoulder. She wears a skirt that's a bit open, but she has a pair of shorts under that. Finally she has a small belt she keeps her fan and scrolls in.

Bloodline Limits:
Wind Control- Daikonran can control the wind to a small degree. It allows them to deflect small projectiles and blow people off their feet. It gets stronger the more experienced the shinobi becomes.

Name: Kaze Dansu [Wind Dance]
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Bloodline strongly attuned to wind and some sort of natural wind control
Description: Users of this jutsu use wind and taijutsu to make a special style. It adds wind pressure to strike to either project the force into a ranged attack or blow enemies away on physical blows. They can project their attack through wind either with palm thrusts or swinging their limbs. Palm thrusts result in direct blasts, while swung limbs send a crescent of wind energy out. Being a fighting style, it's power grows with the users skill. The projection range is 3 feet per shinobi rank (starting from Genin). As a coincendence of the atonement to wind this takes, it also heightens speed and evasion. As it suggests, this style resembles dancing.

Description: The user expends a combination of chakra and uses wind control to surround themselves in a small funnel. This funnel deflects incoming projectile and attackers. Whether or not the user actually spins is up to them, although genin and some chuunin have to do it because it may knock them down otherwise.

Description: Utilizing your control over wind, you encapsulate an enemy in a high pressure air bubble. This crushes them momentarily, hurting the entire body. You can reverse this skill, but it won't do as much damage and blow them away. This is a quick attack, despite the complexity it takes to create the wind pressure that crushes. It's usually used after an aerial attack, hopefully while the enemy is below you on the ground. Jounin or higher can target specific body parts to try and crush bones. This takes precise control and is extremely difficult to get done.

Description: This is a jutsu for nekojin that want to fly alot more often. Usually, they could only fly or hover for a few seconds. With this jutsu there wings become large enough to fully support them. After making handseal, the send chakra into the wings to make them grow. They can now fly long amounts of time without exhaustion.

Description: Utilizing the ancient and forbidden arts of the cat demons, the user summons a permanent elemental puppet formed from part of they're own soul. To learn this, you must take a test set by the elders in charge of your sector of Nekojin forest. They evaluate your mental performance and physical health and if you pass that, they send you into a special section of the forest that contains the instructions to the summoning. The forest is dangerous and has Jounin rank assassins within. If one were to pass this test they spend the next three day gather material and doing the necessary rituals. The ritual basic has the user forming a alchemic seal involving his subfamily's element. This seal is formed on an important item to the person and may affect the puppet's appearance. They finally unleash a large amount of elemental energy and a bit of their own life force. They quickly combine this into a puppet that could have just about any appearance, but in size in no larger than ten feet. Puppet of each element have they common features listed next. If it's Wind, It will be able to fly and become hard to locate because of it's wispy appearance. If it's Water, it can swim and exist in water pressure fine. It looks like water, so it's hard to locate in the water. Earth can hide in the ground and can always take alot of damage. It knows any jutsu its' creator knows (as long as it's none or of the same element type) plus an addition C ranked and an A ranked jutsu (or any combination of jutsu that equal that). As far as weapons, they can have just about any no projectile weapon a physical puppet could have, unless you choose to loose that C ranked jutsu for a rapid fire canon of some sort (bottomless ammo), and/or the A ranked jutsu for a high powered rocket that take 15 minutes to reload. Once the puppet's abilities are chosen, they cannot be changed. The user most always keep the seal on them, or they will not be able to summon the puppet. The are a few who have been know to form the seal on there bodies and these puppets tend to be stronger. Self sealing is dangerous and unwritten (at least in what the elders leave you) process, if one comes out with a body seal they are considered a genius. If you do attempt it though, keep in mind it could kill you. As side effect of the spiritual force invested in it. It can strategize for it's own letting the shinobi concentrate on his own actions. All puppets obey the creator, but many tend to think to be of higher standards than the owner which may lead to them correcting the shinobi in the middle of battle. Lastly, some puppets manifests themselves as weapons rather than puppets. These are still sentient, but can't move by themselves. However they make this up by naturally synchronizing the shinonbi's movements. They also tend to be snobbish, thinking everything is below them.

Name: Element Form Weapon

Requirements: A bloodline or bijuu strongly connected to the particular element choosen.
Description: The user pulls one element together into a solid weapon. The particular name depends on the element choosen, normally the release name of the element and "buki" or the name of the weapon type. The element is in all ways the weapon it's created from, but damage dealt may be effected by it's type. There's also a shadow release of this which can be used by Naras and those with like bloodlines.

Description: This increases the shinobi's connection to their weapon, allowing for two effects. Firstly, they may absorb the weapon into themselves saving the chakra it takes to make it and also making it perminate. Secondly the weapon receives two special effects. These effects are basic and either have something to do with the owners bloodline or the element's general nature (Wind blows aways, unquechable fire burns, dust blinds, etc.)
Fusajin no Jutsu [Dust Wind Technique]

Description: Using a giant fan, this Jutsu will blow a strong wind current which will cover the surrounding area in dust, which in fact, serves to completely loosen the footing for any nearby opponent.
Name: Reikoku Kaze [Blood Wind]
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Weapon or claws
Description: This allow the user channel chakra through a weapon to attack at range. This deals roughly the same amount of damage as the weapon itself. It takes a little time to channel the slash (or bludgeon) throughly. As a consequence, rapidly attacking will result in less damage then actual strikes. Special weapon abilities aren't transfered, but elemental properties are.
Name: Reikoku Bofuu [Blood Hurricane]

Requirements: Weapon or claws, Reikoku Kaze
Description: When using Reikoku Kaze, the user can choose to have the channeled chakra to slash (or bludgeon) multiple ways. Of course this doesn't do as much damage as the same amount of hits, unless you focus on if for a good minute. You can also have these multiple hits come from multiple angles to confuse the enemy.

Requirements: Electricity Creating Weapon
Description: By gathering chakra and creating electricity, the user creates a ball of electrical energy and launches it at the enemy.
Shunshin No Jutsu[Body Flicker Technique]
Rank: C (Basic)
Requirements: None
Description: The user moves at a quick speed to appear one place to another and move short distances in a means of a quick flicker of their body hence the technique's name. A move that is commonly used by the average ninja in combat as they quickly move about the field.

Requirements: Wind Release
Description: This is a simple manuever that helps aerial taijutsu users. It allows them to boost themselves whatever direction they are facing. This is done by using wind chakra to thrust them along in the air. While this doens't take a large amount of chakra, the forcing of chakra and wind out of your back can be exhausting. So it's highly suggested you uses this only once every few minutes, or you'll physically exhaust your self.
Background: As young kitten, Sakurazaki loved to mess with flowers and the like. Even though she was young, she had a strong sense of right and wrong. As she grew up, she started practicing with a Horitsu friend of hers in the ways of swordsmanship. She became well versed in the use of a blade, especially when using it for highspeed tactics. She goes from the ranged techniques of her clan, then changes to a seemingly reckless melee style.
Beside being go with the sword, her strong sense of justice helped her get along with Horitsu well. She even went as far as joining law school to become a judge. Before she finished her class the elders had sent a messanger to her. Due to her skill off and on the combat skill, she was to become the Elder Daikonran's student and right hand feline. She now leads the other two that are also direct servants to the elder in there travels.
