Background: He was a hard hitter from the start. When he was born, he killed snakes by grabbing them. He could smash rocks into shratnels by age four. He was born to be a ninja. He had all of this power with his one fatal flaw, his speed was something to sneeze at. He could do all of that damage but he couldn't be fast enough to hit them. So he had to stay a genin due to low speed. He remains a slow mover today.

Of course with this he learned a new way to win. He decided that he should use ninjutsu instead, because he was proficient enough at the handseals.

Element would be earth, which would include stone. Water hurts eyes no that is not a weakness>.> everyones eyes hurt or have to rub on if they have water in them...I dont count arrogant as a weakness as Genin.

Please fill out the appearance; mind everything Minato said, and a two-sided wazikashi would be a unique weapon. Please post that in the weapons applications.
