Idea Name: Village Switching

I haven't REALLY thought this through, It just came to me for a second.

I think that there should be some sort of rule...or guideline for switching villages. I just kinda see that there isn't a set way to join a village, mostly just talk to the kage (I heard that when I joined a village, talk to the kage) although...Somehow I doubt thats the best to do it.

Maybe like...do a couple missions in the villages name...etc..stuff like that.
Requirements you have to go through to join another village, instead of some insta village hopping sh*t.

Maybe do something special? idk. Just doesn't seem real that people can switch villages so easily.

they would need to steal something from their current village like a jutsu as an offering to the village they are going or something of that sort.

I think as long as it is RPed IC and the reason why has been RPed with the kage of the village accepting them its fine. Village switching isn't even really a issue on this forum.
