Description: The user performs a GenJutsu in which the entire area is filled with falling cherry blossoms. These however quickly turn from bright pink, to blood red, and begin to soar around (at the users control) and become very sharp. Because this is only a GenJutsu, it will not physically hurt the victom, only mentally mess with their chakra flow.

Description:Akechi is skilled with speed, But he is No lacking fighter in skill,Forcing the ability of chakra onto his blade and slashing at the enemy and if making contact with his blade, doesn't cut there skin or Blood,Stuns that one part of there body for a period of time, making it hard and stiff and unable to move it around.
D -Tingling feeling when slashed (must hit 3-4 times in the same spot to numb/Stiffen)
C -Tingling feeling (2 times exactly)
B -slashes once (paralyze 1 part of the body for short period of time)1 post
A -same as B (paralyze for 2 posts)
S -paralyze for 3 posts.

Name: Illusion flash
Type: Nin
Rank: B
Requirements: katana, very fast.
Description: The user draw's their katanan and charge's toward's a opponet with the blade, then act's as if they are about to slice them but instead direct's chakra into the blade creating a flash that put's the target into a state of sleep. The user must be going very fast. Thou it can be stoped if the target block's the blade with a weapon. The jutsu is only effective on Chuunin and below. The technique is normally used by those that are capturing a target, or wish not to slay there opponent.

Description:
Creating an illusion like of himself all around the enemy, there are a total of 5, there are 4 in a box like motion around the enemy,then there is 1 that is above, these are all figments of there imagination,they all fire a clean point blank blast of chakra at the enemy clashing together.
then if they avoid these blasts (they do not do anything at all)the real User appears and slashes with there blade into the enemy when they least expect it from any direction they fly from.

Description:Using his chakra, akechi molds it onto the end of his blade as it extends to 10ft of length and slashes towards the enemy with a demonic like strength if it is block,this attack can be used either as a beam of stabbing or can be used as a slashing motion cutting trees in the process.

Background:
akechi never knew his family, he grew up on with him self figuring out how to work in the world to make it alive without dying,He worked as a farmers boy in the fields of the country, making his money to buy himself a home food and weapons to live, he owns a small house but not very big, His only known memory of his family is the picture of his mouth he carries with him all day long.
He entered the academy passing easily as his teachers were impressed with his smarts they made him a genin, He doesn't belong to a squad yet, never made any friends he was more of a lone wolf, He trains in his backyard and one day a shinobi left a note on his door step telling him about his clan, he trained hard and recklessly every day to prove he is somebody in his village and no matter what he was apart of the village.
