Arrival Of The New Forces

Reileyn goes and sits in her office and starts writing out a message to be taken to Suna, "ALl right. I need you to deliver this to Suna. Make sure Eric hatake retrieves it." She stated at the messenger shinobi. "Yes Lady Reileyn." The messenger left the room and she sighed. "I hope he comes Kirara." The nekomata meowed at Rei and she smiled. "I will learn how to do all this though I've probably got to be the most weakest kage Oto has ever had too." She stated smiling softly at her pet. She turned around and looked out the window. She sighed softly not liking the dark feeling rising deep in her. "THe next I most do is travel to Konoha. Sign a peace treaty with them." She stated closing her eyes.

A few hours passed and Rei sighed, "Kirara, could you go to the forest and get Chouso. I wish to speak with him." She stated. Kirara meowed. She protested a little knowing what Rei wanted but she followed her orders running towards the forest. It was a day later when Kirara arrives in the forest with a scroll for Chouso that read:

Chouso, I need you to come to the Mansion. I have a task for you. Otokage

Chouso was resting in the forest when Kirara with the scroll. "Hmm?" he says placing his sword to his side and taking the message. He reads it over and nods a Kirara. "Get on my shoulder, I don't want you slowing me down." He straps his weapon back to his side and puts his travel cloak over himself. He jumps into the trees and heads for otokagure.

Chouso removes the blue cloak from over his face when he arrives at the front gate a day later. He talked to the guards and showed him his ID. They nod and let them into the village. Otokagure was short on strong shinobi, so they kept the gates closed most of the time. He walk through the city towards the otokage's office. "Why send this thing?" he wonders, thinking about the fact that this pet was sent, rather than an ninja. He arrives in the office, "Lord Otokage," he bows, than looks up to see Reileyn standing there. "Lady Reileyn? Where is the Otokage?"

Reileyn sits at her desk cocking an eyebrow, "First of all Chouso. Kirara is a skilled ninpet. Secondly you're looking at her." She states smirking at the boy. She had always liked teasing him it was fun to see the determination on his face. She leaned forward smirking, "Chouso, I would like you to deliver this scroll to the Hokage in Konoha. He will know what it is. Tell him that the Otokage, wishes to clear things up with Konoha and Otogakure." She stated looking at him.

Kirara meowed at Reileyn, "Ah yes of course. I will promote you sannin. I think you are worthy of it." She states sitting back in her chair, "Take care and come back safely."

In that moment another shinobi walked into the room. Although young he had a look of ages plastered on his face. He seemed ancient and weathered. His face was gaunt and his eyes sunk but they flared with an intensity so bright not even the sun could defeat.

His jacket was wide open, his shirt ghostly white and that resembling of a patient's gown. He dropped onto his knee and bowed his head in respet for Reileyn. He kneeled for a few moments before rising once more. She did not have the eyes of recognition; it was apparent that no one had spoke of him while he was out of comission.

" M'lady Otokage," He greeted her curtly. " I come before you offering my services. I have heard word from a trustful source that you are in need of shinobi to aid you in the new rise of our country. I believe that I can be of some assistance.

" I am Bakura Saogato. However, most know me as the Trap Master. As the title implies, I am one of the greatest users of traps despite my age. I assure you I can be very useful in your campaigns."

He stopped for a moment to cough loudly. The sound was sickening and proved true as he drew back his hand. Blood coated it in a large amount. He took little notice of it and wiped it aside with a handerkeich which he drew from a pocket.

" As I was saying, I understand if you can not employ a genin in your main force. I am willing to train to become a chuunin if need be. I am quite capable of handling myself at a chuunin level at this moment."

"Yes ma'am, I'll get this right to him." He puts the scroll into his belt. He walks out of the office, suprised at what just happened. He realizes that in his shock he didn't thank her for the rank. Nor did he ask for permission to make a stop in his village. He turns around and walks into the building. He arrive back in the office and bows. "I appreciate you trusting my skill enough to make me your right hand man. I'll serve you with honor. One request, that may spend some time training before I come back. There's a scroll I need to retrieve from Yurinohara. Something that'll help me defend our village."

Reileyn smiled and nodded at Chouso,"Take all the time you need Chouso. JUst come back safely." She stated and looked at Bakura. She sighed softly, "I could use a man of your skill. Train to become a chuunin. I look forward to your skill Bakura." She states smiling at him. She sighs and looks out the window. Knowing that he was probably on his way to Oto. She smiled standing up, "If you will excuse me I am done for the day." She smiled and walked towards the mansion.
