Name: Explosive Arrows
Description: As the name states these arrow explode on impact. The arrow heads contain a two special powders that blow up when they come into contact. The arrow head itself brakes when it hits the target, to allow them to mix. The explosion is only big enough to effect the target it hits.

Name: High Explosive Arrows
Description: Same as above, except the explosion covers a 15 foot radius.

Name: Kunai/Shuriken Launcher
Description: This is a small gaunlet that fits around the users forearm. It contains up to 10 Shuriken or Kunai. When the user supplies a chakra, it causes a projectile to launch. If you release the chakra in short bursts, it can fire rapidly. This is reloaded by using special clips of ammo. A single launch can only launch kunai or shuriken, but not both.

Name: Bladed Bow / Bow Blades
Description: A Bladed Bow has blades along the part of the handle you don't hold. These can be used in close ranged combat to ward off enemies. If you don't buy one with blades already apart of it, you can buy ones to attach to it. These aren't as enforced since they are apart of the main structure, making them easier to break off.
Rank: Chuunin can handle them alright, but they are a bit clumsy. At the level you should be using the for cases of when the opponent gets too close. As a Jounin, you learn to use them as an actual weapon, rather than an emergency defense.
Name: Celestial Bow
Description: This is an beautify bow made out of alchemically treated wood and covered in a special gems/crystals. The wood if flexible but almost impossible to break. The crystals help circulate chakra to the arrow notched (or created by chakra).
Rank: Jounin
Other Requirements: A member of the Nova family, or permission from one. In order to get permission you must be a excellent archer, a spouse, or at the very least a good friend.
Name: Chakram
Description: This is an simple metal disc with a hol that takes up most of the inside. The edges are sharp, save for one to three spot so you can grip it. Some are even blunt. The special purpose of this is that in the hands of a seasoned warrior it can richocet many times. It can only richocet off of hard surfaces, soft once it just flys past or stops there.
Rank: Chuunin can bounce it only two or three times. The ability to bounce goes up with rank.
Name: Full Moon
Description: This is a special chakram that gives it's owner four abilities. Before you use any of these, you must spend an hour expelling chakra into it to bound it to yourself. It's first ability is the ability to call it to your hand from a distance of up to 30 feet away using an average amount of chakra. Secondly, by feeding it chakra steadily, it creates a special glowing stardust that surrounds you. This is consider a genjutsu effect, and it slightly throws your image foward to make you difficult to hit. Secondly you can hold it in your hand and make a hand seal then charge it with chakra. If you hit the opponent (melee or thrown), the their chakra circulation may temporarily be stopped. The next nin or genjutsu the use won't work, but the body will then repair the disruption. After that there fine casting jutsu. This disrupting ability takes a good minute to prep, and only works half the time. Finally by expending a large amount of chakra and tossing it forward at a vertical level (having to hole of the disc facing foward), you can produce a large spherical shield that looks like a full moon. This can be held indefinately, but is a great drain on chakra. Also any attack on it after the first will cause it to drain more energy on impact, according to the power of the hit. For some unknown reason, the shield can only be used three times a day. It is made out of a silvery metal that reflects light as if it where the moon. At night it glows lightly, and trails of glowing stardust trail off it.
Rank: Sannin (Must train with the weapon in a thread. This post is as long it takes for you to learn an S ranked jutsu)
Other Requirements: Superior Chakra control, Large amount of Chakra, it most first be taken from the Falling Star monk that owns it.

I think the Kunai / Shuriken launcher would be better not affiliated with an element considering the whole magnetic thing doesn't make any sense (even for Naruto).
I just don't like the Rail Bow, and for future reference metal arrows wouldn't be able to fly. And obviously if I don't like the Rail Bow I most definitely hate the Sonic Rail.
Full Moon wouldn't work considering we have no stats and that makes it impossible to measure percentages and what not. It would be easier just to tie several abilities that cost chakra like a jutsu.

Metal arrows could fly, it could be thin and/or hollowed out metal. And I think the magnetic thing does make sense, so let's see what someone else says about it. The unit contains a mechanism that produces a magnetic field when exposed to electricity. And I may change the strength of the arrow launched. I'll change the chakra stuff on Full Moon as soon as I'm done with this post. So it should be done by the time you look.

No, the magnetic thing does not make sense. You should do your research before posting up something like that. The intensity of the magnetic field should be that of a solar level to launch objects like that. You would be better off making it a mechanical device, a.k.a crossbow
And yes, metal arrows would fly, if launching them was possible. Crossbow bolts are made of solid metal in case you didn't know _________________
