War is something everyone likes on NRC. Lets be frank it's the reason we freaking train for HOURS on end. That being said to prevent possible problems these are a few simple rules that shall be followed when a war topic is made, or a declaration of war is in process.


Declaring war

This is done by the kage, and no one else. Though you can of course actually help this process along by attacking another village, but this could of course lead to you becoming a missing ninja or the like. Either way once a declaration of war against another nation has been declared, all topics within them that have ninja from that area within them are official declared war threads. Though if it's just a tea party you are in don't expect to die a horrible death.

Rules of war

Yes there are rules to war threads! It is very important that you follow these. They are as detailed below:

  • No RPC/NPC may enter a war topic if they are not in the country unless they are of course they are summoned via a summoning technique. This can mean Impure resurrection, and the animal summoning jutsu, just for examples.

  • War topics are not private and must be labeled as [War] threads.

  • You can die in a war topic. In fact any rank RPC can die in a war topic.

  • War topics do not start in pre existing topics. You must make a new one. The new one must always be started by the ATTACKING party.

  • If no response is given to a war topic that has no replies in it for a full 7 days from its original posting. It is considered successful and now canon to the site.

  • If someone has not posted in a war topic for three days instead of the normal two have the option to ignore them, and all actions they did against you, however you cannot kill their RPC. *This only applies in the case where the RPC owner has gone inactive for reasons such as health or emergencies at home. If they just stop posting without saying anything, their RPC can be auto hit to death. ** This can be corrected if they return and state that their internet or something else happened to prevent them from posting, as this has happened before.

  • In the sole case of theft of Artifacts, one does not obtain and begin to use the artifact till the 7th day, unless proper research(which will be judged via HoF and Head of RPG) has been done on the location of the artifact, as well as how it works. Just cause you can hold it, does not mean you know what it does. In all instances of researching the location of an artifact. Some exceptions at the HoF discretion may apply.  As a subnote, one may not BS grabbing the art before the one trying to steal it, as they must still give the thief a chance to take the loot.


Alright that's all folks enjoy them, and follow them the next time you attack a country.

Village Siege System


This goes in hand with the Village Status System and deals with the occurrence of village war and destroying villages. For each un-thwarted village war thread, the village being attacked is dealed one damage point. These damage points accrue into one mass pool, which is subtracted from by the village defense points on various defensive implementations in the city. For each un-defended damage point, the defending village loses a point of status.

  • Each war thread which is successful becomes a damage point.
  • The damage point total is reduced by village defense points, obtaining the total damage.
  • For each un-defended damage point, the village loses status.
