Shu stood at the entrance to Suna with his hood up and his hands in his pockets. A strong wind was blowing, and Shu was feeling cold. Some merchant had walked into the clan building and requested a mission. Shu felt no reason to decline this merchant, until his partner was chosen for the mission. There were still claw marks along his back from the issue that had arose when he almost declined. "Freaking council....they didn't have the right to force me to do this stupid mission." Shu's words were lost to the wind as he waited for his partner. He turned his head upwards and wondered why his ninja career was filled with this one opponent of his.

The day had just begun when Arekkusu had been bothered. Apparently, his charge had been given a mission to Konoha to deliver a mission. He and Shu were not on good terms, and despite wanting to admit it, their rocky friendship seemed to be coming to a complete end. As he dressed himself to get ready for work, he pricked his finger with a needle accidentally and sighed. He bandaged his finger and went back to work. As he finished he walked out of his house silently and made it over to Shu's location. He sighed as he finally made it to Shu's Clan building and stood there facing him.

"I'm here, Houkou Shu." He said almost properly.

Shu nodded and stared directly at him. "Ok then, I assume leadership of this mission by right of my rank. We begin immediately, and start with a fast pace. This mission is to deliver a package, I'm expecting no screwups." Shu walked forward and passed by Arekkusu without looking at him. The brief walk to the gate was uneventful and quiet. When they arrived the guards let them by without a word. Shu nodded at both of them before looking out into the sands. The wind was whipping up sand in various places, and conditions for a sandstorm where present. Shu turned around and looked at Arekkusu. "Change of plans. It looks very plausible for a sandstorm, so I am ordering a double pace. Keep up or you will suffer from the storm." Shu turned around and leapt into the desert winds. His style of travel was to bounce off of each dune pushing him further and further.

(OOC: Just because he's leader of his clan division, doesn't mean he's a higher rank then Arekkusu. He's still a genin. Also, realistiaclly, that style of travel is hindered massively in a sandstorm as shifting sands make it hard for their to be stable dunes for someone to land on with hurting themselves or being swept up by sand. So please stop showing superiority. ^_^)

Arekkusu shrugged off the the entire conversation as if it mean nothing to him at all. As far as he was concerned, Shu could have leadership and if their was failure, it would all be on his head. He walked forward keeping his ever stern silence as to not reveal how much at that moment he refused to be Shu's medical-nin teammate. Despite jis knowledge of medicine, he had come to feel distant to charge and had hoped a situation would happen in which Arekkusu could abandon him. However, knowing his own character, Arekkusu would not allow that happen. When the two arrived to the gate, he took litte heed to the announcement knowing that he could handle the wind if need be. However, wishing nothing more then to end the mission, he ran fast to keep up with Shu.
