Minato moved forward from his mokuton house he made, he must get somewhere else. Someone was following him close, fast yet familiar. This might be someone he knew, but he must keep moving on. There was no middle for Minato, either he could or he couldn't. He was running fast this time he could hear the person coming for him. The air was brisk, the person following him stopped Minato suddenly Stopped.

He looked back towards the person, he was sweating all over almost ready to die, he looked at Minato Please Sir take this and run, run from here to save this sacred jutsu. Minato looked at the scroll that the person was handing him, Minato could hear nearby voices as he watched the person. Please TAKE IT, I am running out of time. Minato had no choice but to oblige, He took the Scroll and used Shushin no jutsu to move at a quicker pace to avoid trouble hopefully he would still survive.

Minato moved at a faster pace then before he was moving so fast that he was almost a blur to the naked eye. Minato got out of the green forest but as it seemed, across was another giant forest. This one was more larger and the wood seemed stronger to Minato, he moved quickly to hide among the woods his true calling.

It seemed Minato had gotten away from them among the trees, they were no longer to be seen heard. Minato looked at the scroll closely I wonder what this is, it must be important for 4 Jonin to follow him here. He looked at it again and decided to open it. Minato opened it slowly with caution and great anticipation of what might come from looking at the scroll. He opened it slowly it appreared to be a jutsu of some kind. The name was written as it said "Mokuton Rasengan," Minato wondered what that even is. Maybe a jutsu that is more powerful than Rin's Fort Genesis.If so I must learn it

Minato opened it fully to look over it, this time there were no hand seals involved. This what quite a show to Minato, I jutsu with no hand signs yet it seemed powerful enough to crush a shinobi in their tracks. This is some jutsu, its comprehension level is more than the Summoning jutsu it seems that this will take longer to learn than the average hard jutsu.

Minato looked over the figures, there were a few side notes that seemed considerably helpful when understanding this jutsu. Note 1 read " Jutsu is comprised of 2 elements using together with a concentration level so high, it is advisable to be atleast Jonin before even thinking about mastering this jutsu. Minato Frowned, I already knew that, this baffoon.

Minato looked it over again and it said it comprised of 8 stages, only 6 of which needed to be learned but the other 2 enhanced its performance level and the accuracy rate. He looked on that one for a while and decided it was not true. The first step was to take a balloon and eradicate it by poping it with ones own chakra, is that even possible.

Minato used shushin to run to a nearby stall and by some balloons, he held it with 1 hand. Shichuka no Jutsu, It quickly created a huge mansion. Minato went inside it was diffrent from last time, much better but that was not what he was here for. Minato let the balloons go and held only 1 to begin his training.

Minato read it over again, he had to pop it using only his chakra. Minato looked at the ballon and used one hand, he knew it was going to be easy to pop. Minato slowly focused his chakra to form into a straight dagger form to destroy the balloon head on, but the chakra seemed to not affect the overall scheme. Minato let go of the balloon and though rationally. This must be a reversing reverse complex enhanced to coordinate the chakra directly onto the manifested to pop accordingly. This was harder than Minato thought.

Minato said this is harder than I originally expected, much harder. To actually allow the force of the chakra to be used in a formation like that is almost impossible not to mention the extreme condition of concentration needed. Maybe using a advanced doton will help, no I can't it said only use chakra.I got it if I can flux it enough maybe the continuation of each with splatter with the effect of the Chakra, but it seems hard to think about even harder to do I am guessing.

Minato put away his ideals and now focused at the task ahead he had to do a complex level chakra molding that only Sanin or Kages can even think about doing, if he finishes this he can actually put it in a Sannins face heh the thought of that. Minato was ready to change it he was almost in his stance and he took the ball ready for another go.

Minato was bringing out the chakra but only to one single point to get it going faster with one hand. It was the only proposed way to do it as he thought of it. He channeled his chakra to make it into a swirling round molding and create a tense movement to the upper body region area maintaining the physical force of the amount of the original chakra.

Something was wrong it was reaching but it was not coming out, it was not working no matter how much force it put into it. The whole initial idea was coming out unevenly. This substantialness of the regular basics seems to not have worked, additionally it seemed to be to large to pass through the regular pores and into the actual balloon. Something must be defiantly wrong.

Minato looked upon it one last time maybe if he tried later on he could get it, someday he could get the jutsu but today he could not. He was smart but this level of comprehension was not in his mind. He could only hope to what it looked like, it was something different than the rest something. That he had never seem one day he might come back and try it again, where he does not fail. Thus gains the power and knowledge of this jutsu for it holds many secrets still unknown to even his mind.
