D-rank: 6 posts to learn, 4 posts with a teacher
E-rank: 3 posts to learn, 2 posts with a teacher
D-rank Missing-nin (Equal To Chuunin) - May know up to 12 jutsus in addition to all of the basics, 2 of which may be A-ranked
A-rank: 12 posts to learn, 8 posts with a teacher
B-rank: 9 posts to learn, 6 posts with a teacher
C-rank: 6 posts to learn, 4 posts with a teacher

Umm, wouldn't a Genin Missing-Nin be considered as a D-Ranked and a Chuunin Missing-Nin be considered C-Ranked....?
