There surely is, it can take up to years to restore the original amount of reserve chakra one has used.

Sounds like a personal problem to me, their just concepts and if everyone should have it then we might as well give everyone the Rinnegan effects.

C. Theres nothing with it and several mods agree there isn't including Syra who checked over this and I toned it down a bit since the original.
