Wears male kimonos, which he frequently wears in purple with black lining, but could be see in any combination of the following colors: Red, dark blue, white, in addition to the 2 previous colors mentioned. He also wears a fishnet underneath the kimono. Wears taping arounds his hands up to his elbows, and wears black slippers. Two loop earings, a ring on each finger of his left hand, and a cross pendant left for him by his father with a skull on top. He has bangs in the front that cover his forehead and partial portion of his eyes.

Hair: His hair is shoulder-length, violet colored, and slick.
Eyes: His eyes are a dark blue, but when in moonlight, it's a purple that reflects the color of his hair.

Background:
Tatsuya grew up not knowing either parents for they were murdered when he was young. Although he was urged not to, because of this, he became a ninja. He pulled his father's chain from his neck keeping with him the virtue that his father taught him " Only in death do we find peace." He still holds that to him as he fights his inner demons til this day. He is looked after by a friend that was close to his father, and still lives with him to this day. Yet, the man is no substitute for the parents he never got to know. Therefore, many times a day does he think about what could be if his parents were still alive, and with no siblings to look after or to look up to, his days are fillled with lonliness and sorrow. He longs for the sibling that he will never have. He wants to makes friends but has no idea how to go about it, and with no social life he's afraid that he will never be accepted. but he hopes by becoming a ninja he will not only change that and be looked up to, he will learn how to protect loved ones, instead of watching them die as he was forced to do the day his parents were murdered.

I know you say it's "Incomplete", but I'm going to help you, ok?
1. You didn't put down your "Ethnicity", which will be "Hi no Kuni (Fire Country)".
2. You can't use a Broadsword as a Genin.
3. For your "Element", it'll be "Raiton (Lightning Element)".
4. Add another strength talking either about his Chakra Pool or his Chakra Control, and whichever one you don't use, put that in your weakness.
5. In your "Strength", take out the first one, and put in that he excells in Taijutsu, and above-average with Ninjutsu.
6. I see that you haven't done your weaknesses yet, but put down that he's weak versus Genjutsu, amongst others.
But, it doesn't look all that bad really.

i believe i see where you are getting at, but if i'm right then what you believe i'm saying isn't actually what i mean. My character has no problems with accepting missions and completing them, therefore shinobis of higher ranks and friends alike have no problems with believing that he can get the job done. Yet if the shoe was on the other foot, he wouldn't do the same. He has no social life, so he has never really have someone to trust in, just himself. If he was hurt, he picked himself up, and when he needed moneyfor the little things he wanted, he never felt comfortable in asking his father's friend, he always found a way to work for it, like running errands. therefore, all he's known and all he's really had besides the occasional clothes and food and shelter given to him, he's only had himself, therefore, until he's grows to learn to trust other people abilities, he only believes in himself.
