The Jounin Exams (starting Now)

One last figure made entrance into the Village of Konoha at last, her form hidden by the pure gray cloak that draped around her countenance, the very hue of mist itself. Rin Shouten was one of the few members of the Hyouton bloodline, and was also of noble blood, however she had not delved too deeply into her past since the year she had become a Genin. She did notice the stark difference in climate and temperature between the two villages, however that was to be expected in their names if not anything else. Rin was considerably late, she knew. The Jounin Exam may have even started without her, however she was not worried by this factor. Rin did not know worry, and just continued forwards through the village until she finally made entrance into the Examination Area.

She glanced slightly to her left arm, then to the building lain out before her, then quickly did a very 'Rin' thing by quickly scaling the building's 'outside' until she finally climbed into a window on the floor she was supposed to be on, and lo and behold if the door to the very room she was supposed to enter was before her. Rin made entrance, draping the cloak from around her shoulders to reveal her countenance and icy blue tresses. Nothing more than this was revealed though, as her headband was not on her head.Soundlessly, the young chuunin of thirteen passed Syra, Katsuga, and others to sit down at the very last table of the first portion of the exam, the written portion.

IC: Syra smiled softly, but it was only bittersweet. She couldn't believe he had forgiven her so soon. It was more likely he was keeping a civil tongue as any good diplomat should do. " That is low," She said. " It doesn't matter anyway. It's not like anybody here knows how to stop the claws.

" You're overseeing? Well, I'll make sure to give you a show if you're watching. When will we be beginning?" She asked, looking around. Many seemed restless, ready to start. She herself was a little tired of waiting here. She looked over to the bleeding foe. He was obviously subdued, but she decided to unnerve him more. She leaned in closely and whispered, " Pray hard to fight someone other than me. The next time we meet, I'll show you what these claws can do."

She backed off, and gave him a sly wink. Walking over to a seat, she pulled a cowl over her face, and tried to look unassuming once more. Her fingers clicked the catch release, and she slid the claws back into the side blade.

Renima arived now. Obviously he wasnt there to become a jounin because he was one of the most respected Shinobi in the world among the Sannin of Konoha. Instead of sitting with the group of shinobi he started walking up to the stage and saw a few people who caught his eye. Then he saw someone hadnt seen since the second war. He doubted she would remember him. If it wasnt for dark being there he would have judged to early and slayed her. Now he was glad he hadnt as Kiri was weak and needed all the strength it could gain. that lava character who led them all into that pointless war was not cut out to be a leader of Kiri. He hoped either her or the Uchiha who left a long time ago would take that postion. "My, Syra you have grown" He smiled a bit and walked past her with out waiting on a responce. His falcon now grey from age looked back and blinked the looked forward again.

Then he saw a genin who had wondered in thinking this was a place for her. He didnt want to be rude but decided to speak to her about it. "young lady there is a area around the building called the grand stand where you can watch the matches from" Next he walked up the Kage and Ballian. "Seems Garra couldnt show up then Ballian long time no see. To think you became a Sannin so fast you must be impressive'' He smiled again as he took his place by the kage. Soon the exams would start and he would get to see some new talent and hoped this generation would be better than his own. Not ravished by war but still strong and wise enough to do there duty, and realize what they were. No conviction against another was needed simply do the job and move on. That was something Renima admit he could never learn as he held bitterness with in his heart against several people.

Then Ky looked over at him. "Nice to have you show up Renima, I hope Zacara follows as well as he his presence is needed before we can start." He took the scroll from ballian and nodded. "well Nice to have you hear Ballian" He bowed as a sign of greeting to the both. That was the custom of this place, to bow as a greeting and never look in there eyes. That is only to be done in battle as it shows the true motives of the person. Never stair only glance.

Zacara appeared at renima's side, covered by his cloak and ANBU mask. his eyes quickly shifted from one participant to another, recognizing most of them. "dont worry, im here" after that, The Captain stood in complete silence, looking through the slits of his mask at the competetors. seems like we have some promising canidates for jounin.... all they have to do is pass the test....Selake, i dont want you getting involved here at all. what, against these pathetic weaklings, i wouldn't even waste my energy.

He was also not there to take the exam but was present for the same reason that renima was

Ky smiled as his anbu cap showed up. They could now start the exams as all the examiners were here. Ky nodded his head to the Anbu at the back to lock the doors and shut the windows. Then a loud band was heard to silence the noise in the room. "Prepare yourself young Chuunin your event is about to begin." His eyes moved back and forth surveying them. "Each of you will be put in a diffrent arena with a diffrent enviroment. Your Goal is victory, only the winners of this match will move on to become Jounin. The rest if still alive will remain a chuunin for another year. There are no rules other than win. Anything goes exsept leaving the arena. Now these doors behind me you shall pass threw them to enter your room. Go now"

arena 1: Kaoer Vs Rin (forest)

arena 2: Katsuga Vs Kishi(Swamp)

arena 3: Syra Vs Examiner (Dessert)

who wants to fight Kishi?

OOC: Heh, a jounin. How fun for me. We can use pets right?

IC: Syra nodded, and climbed out of her chair slowly. This was going to be a difficult match; she had expected to face another chuunin. At least it was only one battle. She could give it her all if necessary. Her body convulsed as her mind returned to her bloodline; the young ninja was slowly being released from the demon's grip, but if she used it so soon, especially at the fourth seal, she would most likely lose it all. Was it worth it?

Her eyes darted around, glancing at all the Kirigakure No Sato ninja. Yes, she thought. It was worth it. She needed to help her village, help her people. There were too many lives at stake for her to put herself above others. If they died, she would not be able to live with the guilt. With her resolve strengthened, she exited the building and made her way towards the desert area.
