OOC: Suijinheki is B-Ranked. Which means 6 Posts for me.
IC: Ryunosuke was around the Coast of the Water Country. By himself, training in secret. Ryunosuke performs a string of hand seals. The Water around his feet begins to enrage, however, the animation of the water is extremely weak. Almost nothing happens.
Ryunosuke tries one more time, his feet standing ontop of the water. As he finishes his hand seals, he focuses a huge amount of chakra into the Jutsu. Because of this, he creates a 10 Foot wave that crashes down on him.
IC: Ryunosuke begins to drown at first, but eventually he is able to bring himself back onto the surface of the water as soon as the water returned back clam. As he arrose, he saw that he was a few miles away from the shore. However, this was good, he needed to train more and he didn't want to disturb the habitats such as Coral reef's that might be around.
Ryunosuke used a low amount of chakra this time, and was able to make a decent barrier....if he were a mouse. The Barrier was barely 2 feet tall. Ryunosuke forms the Tora hand seal, and create a water barrier that is around 3 feet tall. He was getting better at the Jutsu, and quick. Ryunosuke kept his hand seals togeter and slowly kept trying to raise the level of water for the water barrier. The Water of the barrier, was rising, and raging, though, it was a steady type of rage. Very deadly, though for some reason calm.
Suddenly, the water breaks from Ryunosuke loosing focus. He thinks to himself, Whoever said that the 3rd time is the charm, they lied their ass off. Quickly, he forms his 5 hand seals needed for the Jutsu. Suddenly, the Water raises 5 feet. Not a bad barrier, though, Ryunosuke is 6 Feet, and one this small would do him no good against a real opponent. He need more training.
Several hours pass, and even though Ryunosuke once created a barrier that was tall enough, the barrier also needed to be tall enough and powerful enough to block attacks. His barrier were weak. He now needed to work on the strength of the Jutsu.

Ryunosuke had 5 Water clones watching him, with Shuriken in their hands. They each throw one shuriken at Ryunosuke. As quick as possible, Ryunosuke forms his hand seals, and forms a barrier. His barrier remainsstrong at first, block 4 of the shuriken. However, one shuriken got pass the water barrier as Ryunosuke lost his focus once again.
Luckily, the Shuriken went through the Water barrier and some how missed Ryunosuke's head aswell. He was getting the Jutsu down good. The sun was setting and soon it would get dark. This didn't scare Ryunosuke. He knew that he would be able to master this Jutsu before it got completely dark.
Ryunosuke:"One last time. The 5 Water clones from before rush him in. This time, he would have to be rushed while using the Jutsu. If he were truly strong, he would be able to stand within one spot and get the Jutsu down.
Ryunosuke began performing his hand seals. Suddenly a water clone creates a water dragon and get's into get's into his face. Normally, a ninja would panic, however, if that ninja was a ninja at all, they would know not to lost their cool. Not only that but if Ryunosuke were to panic his chakra would be uneasy and hard to control.
Ryunosuke:"Suiton: Suijinheki!"
Quickly, a Water wall barrier aruises and blocks the water dragon blast. It is actually strong enough to blow the dragon away without getting a scratch on Ryunosuke. Sure, he was a little wet, but who wouldn't be?
However, the battle was not over, all 5 of the water clones try to jump Ryunosuke. But then. Ryunosuke expands the diameter of his Water Wall barrier, thus blowing away all of the clones. Even so, Ryunosuke hadn't had clenched his thirst for his knwoing the limitation's of his Jutsu, he needed more.
Within a few moments Ryunosuke returned back to the Coastal line. There, he saw a few bandit thugs. Ofcourse, they notice Ryunosuke walking on the water. Great he thinks to himself. I was just about to go home and rest for the night. My chakra's half empty, and my bones are tired. I'm extremely sleepy. I can barely even keep my eyes open. The odd's of them winning and killing me off are slim. However, I'm no ordinary ninja.
The bandit thugs launch a long range barrage of shuriken. Ryunosuke blocks it off with his Water Wall Barrier. He then quuickly, forms hand seals and launches a water dragon blast, which devoir them completely.
Slowly, Ryunosuke returns to the village. From there on, it was a nice and peace walk. Thinking to himself about future plans and whatnot. Soon, he would have to rendezvous with Jikota. Afterall, he hadn't seen him in almost 6 months. He must be quite the shinobi now.
