I guess no one noticed this but he only gets the three basics and has to learn the last one (find crimson or get a scroll)
Secondly the shirkuu bloodline doesnt work like Garras. His blood doesnt work by its self it has to be used by the person. it doesnt automatically do it if I remember right.

I know how the bloodline works...hell I used it for like a month before I quit (And yes...this is just a RPC remake, my old one is in the trash). Also, in the Rules, it says you can auto-learn D-ranked bloodline jutsu, so it requires not scroll. _________________
I see nothing wrong with this profile. And yes Airknight, the Shiraku bloodline can work like Gaara, except that they don't have an unlimited supply of blood. Instead the blood just divides, making more, but this causes substantal chakra loss (This is all stuff Crimson told me). Futhermore, in 'Roko's' history, it says its his ancestors blood in the gourd...which would make sense why it protects him.
