Earth country is actually one of the few strongest villages. (Not apart of the great five however)

EDITED: Wouldn't this be better in announcments rather than rules?

it is part of the great 5 shinobi country in the manga it has the Tsuchikage, and when is the even of the earth county going to take place and where.

Well, what are we going to do for the members? It's obvious we'll have an NPC kage for it, but I don't think one member in it is enough. We should probably close a few other villages, or do something so people will join it. I mean, there's no point in having a village if it only has three or less people in it.

close the strongest village so no more people could go in
or make all the new members join the earth country (but it would be full of genin)
hire jonin from other countries to join it and they get payed or somthing.
