Appearence:
Kita is very short and small for her age, which is just as well since she specializes long range attacks and has to hide alot. Long brown hair covers her back and it's held into lazy pigytails by two long pieces of bandage. Her face is heart-shaped and shows slightly tanned skin. Her eyes are almond and dark forest green.
Kita has black pants that cover her legs and stuffed into knee length grey boots. Kita's top half is covered with a kimono like top, ending just above the knee and cut up to the hip, has very, long sleeves (past her hands) and a high collar. The colour of the top is a deep gold. Her obi is a deep red, come's as a bow on the back and trails to the bottom of her main top. Kita has the normal pouches and her Tessen is strapped to her right leg next to her Shuriken pouch.

Tessen were folding fans with outer spokes made of iron which were designed to look like normal, harmless folding fans or solid clubs shaped to look like a closed fan. Samurai could take these to places where swords or other overt weapons were not allowed, and some swordsmanship schools included training in the use of the tessen as a weapon. The tessen was also used for fending off arrows and darts, as a throwing weapon, and as an aid in swimming, like hand-flippers. The length in cosed state is 15 cm while the length in full state (which looks like a semi circle) is double.

Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user taps into their chakra and exchanges places with an object of similiar weight and/or size. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.
Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] Rank: E (Basic)
Requirements: None
Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique] Rank: E (Basic)
Requirements: None
Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Gennin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.

Discription: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra and screams "kai". They can perform it on themselves or on others. It will effectively ward off most Genjutsu, unless extremely powerful or when used in conjunction with an advanced bloodline.
Fuuton: Daitoppa [Wind Release: Grand Blast] Rank: C/B (For C Rank Please Ask For Moderator Approval)

Description: The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.
Daikamaitachi no Jutsu [Great Cutting Whirlwind Technique] Rank: C
Requirements: Wind Creating Weapon
Discription: A Jutsu that, using a giant fan, creates huge gusts of wind mixed with chakra capable of cutting the target apart. This whirlwind is powerful enough to repel and destroy multiple types of throwing weapons and can even reflect sound waves right back at their original source.
Kaze no Yaiba [Wind Blade]

Requirements: None
Description: A ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a whirlwind blade around their arm with chakra. The blade slices through almost anything and cannot be easily blocked, as it is said that "nothing can stop a blade of wind."
Fuuton - Bakuretsu Kaze [Wind Realease: Exploding Wind] Rank: D Rank
Requirements: None
Description: By utilizing the wind around the opponent, the users were able to control the wind around their opponent to stroke. Since there are some tiny particles such as dusts riding in the wind, the stroking of the wind will cause the tiny particles such as dusts to hit or rub against each other, causing friction. Upon friction, heat was produced. Since there is oxygen in the air, when the heat produced came in contact with the oxygen, huge blasts can be produced, causing damage to the opponents. Though this jutsu can damage the opponents, it will not kill them as this jutsu only triggers minor explosions and can only damge the opponents within a range of five feet.
Hokou Fuuton [Wind Walk]

Description: Hokou Fuuton is a jutsu technique that works together with a Fuuton affinity. After doing the necessary hand seal, the user can use the wind to her advantage and become more agile and fast.
Background:
Kita was born into the main inner circle of the Hoshi clan. As the head's second child, she was to become something great (hence the name Kita, which means north and the north star leads you) and by age three she was already on rigerous exercise and chakra control. Her parents were jounin's and at every chance they got, the spent it with Kita, tutoring her and helping her all the way. They loved her and always will. The elders were a bit more stricter though, telling her parents that they shouldn't be too carefree with Kita, they were softening her at a young age. Kita never will like the elders. Kita was brought up to care for her clan very much. As the head's child, to help any of the members in need, weather it was helping her cousins in missions or just simple chores for the women of the clan.
By age 8, she was given her first main weapon after entering the academy. Her tessen was one of the best presents that was given to her. She has always cared for it deeply, it being her favoured weapon out of them all.
Throughout her three years at the academy, she has gained more and more respect from the members of her family. She still did chores for them. Maybe because she cared for them so much? Of course, people have been jealous of her, since she was given alot of attention, she was even bullied at one point. Yet as you can look, it wasn't for long.
Sample Post:
Kita, out of breath as she may be, smiled in happiness. After her accuracy training with kunai, she was glad that she had actually improved. This would deffinatly help her with her tessen, which would need the upmost accuracy. I can finally sit down, yay. The young girl gracfully sat to the ground wiping her forehead, fatigued. She loved training, but it was deffinatly hard work.
Opening her water pouch, she took a long drink, the water refreshing on her tounge. Screwing it shut, she looked around her training area. being near some tree's made it more secluded, but thankfully, it was light, so she wasn't too scared. It was a little quiet though, except for the birds. Studing the sun, she estamated it to be around about 4 in the afternoon. I never had lunch either She realized, sighing. Standing, she pulled out her kunai one by one. Kita suddenly winced. "itai..." She whimpered. Just so you know, you can't make jutsus until you have 100 posts and chuunin rank. In addition to this you do not start with any bloodline jutsus either, and they must be trained like all others. Remove that one to the Want To Learn list for now, since you will eventually be creating it.
Also remember that you require five RPC's to join a clan in order to create one, so I would suggest taking one of our custom ones.
