D-Ranked Elemental Jutsu

For those few who were here about a year ago, you may remember my Hinotama Jutsu, which is a D-ranked (actually listed as E-ranked) Katon Jutsu. Since few seem to make D-ranked elemental jutsu for the masses, I thought I might add some attacks of that rank for the newbies.

Name: Suiton: Mizutama no Jutsu [Water Release: Technique of WaterBall]
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Requirements: Existing source of Water
Description: A very basic Suiton jutsu. It simply uses an existing source of water to launch a small but dense sphere of water. With enough skill and charka, one can fire multiple spheres at once, though that requires at least Genin-level skill. Not a powerful jutsu, but provides a basis of the skills needed for most other Suiton jutsu.

Name: Doton: Puchi Jishin no Jutsu [Earth Release: Technique of Small Earthquake]
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Requirements: None
Description: A very basic Doton jutsu. The user builds up their charka and slams the ground, releasing it all at once to create a miniature earthquake, which the strength increasing with the more charka used. Not a powerful jutsu, but provides a basis of the skills needed for many other Doton jutsu.

Name: Fuuton: Soyokaze no Jutsu [Wind Release: Technique of Gentle Wind]
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Requirements: None, though a Fan helps.
Description: A very basic Fuuton jutsu. The user either thrusts their palm rapidly or uses a fan, using their charka to amplify the naturally generated wind, with the amount of charka effecting how much it's amplified. While it can't really do much damage by itself, if any, it can be used to defend against projectiles or to increase the speed of your own. Not a powerful jutsu, but provides a basis of the skills needed for many other Fuuton jutsu.

Raiton and obviously Katon already has some D-ranked attacks, so I'm not including anything for those.

I don't see much of a Problem. Though, you may wanna remove that Fuuton because it seems a bit like Kuushou and Ashou.

These are not required. They aren't even useful, and there are other that do the same at C-rank. Since we no longer have AS rank, D-rank jutsus are pointless to make. If you give me a good reason why these are useful, I will re-accept. We are supposed to be cleaning up custom jutsus, not making more pointless ones nobody will use.
