Description: The Accuracy Eye grants the user various abilities. As the users skills progress knew stages of the eye are unlocked. The use of this eye does require slight amounts of charka, but no hand seals are required to activate it. The amount of charka used for this Jutsu is over whelming at first, forcing the user to have to fight hand to hand, but as the user become more accustomed to the eye, and learns to better control it they will be able to perform Jutsu when using it. As the eye develops into other the 2nd and 3rd stages the user will have to learn better charka control in order to better use the eye to their advantage.

Stage 1: Microscopic eye
when the ninja is in grave danger and needs a quick battle turning strike is when this Stage is unlocked. Being the first stage it can only be unlocked for the first time when the clan member is in danger of dieing. The users eyes will become full black and he will be able to fine weak spots in an opponent. This is done by amplifying all the sense and watches every more that the person makes. Sometimes finding a weak spot is not as easy as just activating the eye, it will usually require the user to fight the opponent until enough data is collected to pinpoint thee location. The weak spot that the eye finds could range from a previously broken born or a blind spot in the byokugon, it just depends on how the opponent moves. Sometimes the users of this eye have been able to find a weak spot just by watching their opponent walk. The weak spot gives a pulse allowing the user to better see and target it also making it appear bigger if the target is very small. It will also increase his/her sense of sight so they can plan the shot for that spot just right. This will basically allow them to see in bullet time.

Stage 2: Telescopic eye
The second Stage allows the user to see great distances so they can now perform deadly attacks from a distance. The distance is limited to about 10x the normal human. Last this will also allow the user to detect slight changes in their opponent’s stances and even muscle tension. This allows them to guess there opponents next move. This gives them a better chance at hitting there targets weak spot. The eye will change colors again staying black, but will gain a red cross over each, resembling a crosshair.

Stage 3: Full Accuracy Eye
The full version of the accuracy eye takes the form of a black background and a red Biohazard flower. In its finial form the user can see threw illusions, even the transformation jutsu (In this case the user will be able to tell who the person is who transformed.) As well, the user will be able to see strength of ones charka. This will allow to pick out the real in a crowd of clones. Last the user can see the electrical nerves of the opponent allowing the clan member to use their lighting aura to confuse the nerves causing a similar effect to that of Ranshinshou - Chaotic Mental Collision. The user will see the electrical nerves similar to the way the Byakugan sees the charka circulatory system, and it is for this reason that the Accuracy eye is belived to be related to Byokugan.

OOC: After the mastery of the Taka Manako, this form of the bloodline will take effect, and the Taka Manako can no longer be summoned.

The "bullet time" part of the first stage doesn't make sense... It looks like it talks about beingable to clearly analyze the opponent and greatly help target weak spots, and then just adds the bullet time effect somewhat randomly. It could, only at best, be able to analyze and locate the weak spots, but Doujutsu can't effect the processing speed of the brain like that. I'm afraid it's up to you where or not you can think one your feet that fast.

Also, the second stage seems to just give you sniper-vision, though it also seems to give you even better clarity over the first, and the first lets you see thru Genjutsu as well as Electrochemical impulses of life forms.

Overall, it's just a glorified Sharingan/Byakugan Hybrid that focuses on Clarity of Vision over everything else, and it doesn't seem to have a listed weakness, though it could be that you're more sensitive to light or something... Personally, I think that much clarity would cause your head to explode from Information Overload, even with just the second stage and borderline on the first.

Sorry, but I can't accept this, as there's too much rip-off from here... if you want all this stuff, you just need two things: The Sharingan and Proper Training.

In all fairness, this was accepted before I believe. Still, you are right on many points Ryu. It would not affect the processing speed of the brain. You would need my genjutsu, Limit Flux, for that. It is combining several aspects of both bloodlines to form something that could own a master of both at the same time. For this to be accepted, I would allow only one stage, the first, and it would have to be modified for Ryu's argument.
