Starting Inventory: Three choking wires, one war sythe, espada ropera (large rapier).
Strengths:
Physical: Their natural speed and strength is incredible. They have extremely powerful muscles, and can carry a large amount of weight.
Mental - Cardinal: Cardinal is extremely focused. He has great skill in the Espada Ropera, and other similar fencing swords. He is capable of keeping a cool head, and strong control over his emotions. He is skilled in fire ninjutsu, and has great chakra control.
Weaknesses:
Physical: While quick, their dense muscles make evasion extremely difficult. They have heavy steps, and loud breaths, so stealth is not an option, either. They have a low chakra pool.
Mental - Cardinal: He is not quite as varied as Cadence. He tends to stick to sword skills and fire jutsu. His genjutsu defence is weaker than average.

Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is an extremely powerful and flexible technique. Housenka begins with creating many small, yet powerful fireballs from the user’s mouth, and shooting them at a single or multiple opponents in one strike. These projectiles either can be shot from fast in the same direction, to slow in a rotating formation. Basically, the ninja controls everything, from the strength, and path of the fireballs, to the speed they travel towards the target.

Name: Spear Blade Jutsu

Description: Similar to the Cutting Sword Jutsu, Spear Blade Jutsu sends chakra through the blade. However, it does not use the energy of the swing. It launches off the front of the blade, giving it a spear like edge. It is strong enough to pierce through skin. It lasts up to ten feet.

Name: [Summoning] Inner Demon Jutsu

Requirements: Small amount of blood, an inner spirit/demon needed.
Description: Same as the Summoning Jutsu, the user takes a small amount of blood as a sacrafice and uses it to summon a summoning animal or in this case the users inner spirit/demon. But the consequences and effects of the jutsu are a bit unusual. When summoned the user and demon/spirit are attached by chakra shackles that cannot be taken off intill the demon chooses to give up or the user dies. But, if the demon dies while summoned the user dies with it.
Training Time: 10-20 posts (5 sentences for the 20 posts or 15 sentences for the 10 posts)
Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Summoning Technique]
Rank: A (Kinjutsu)
Requirements: Approved Summoning Animal
Description: Having signed a contract in blood; any ninja with this ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. The user must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal. There are many variations to the Kuchiyose, and some of which include the substitution of a life as a blood sacrifice, or even no sacrifice or hand seals at all. Not all things summoned are animals. People and items can be summoned.

Description: The user can manipulate his opponent's mind, disrupting on of their senses, vision. Once the jutsu is in effect everything the opponent sees becomes smudged with each other upon movement. Everything that moves will leave a duplicate of itself in the spot first seen before activation of the jutsu, basically destroying the opponent's vision completely. The genjutsu has a 1 minute time limit.
Katon: Karyuu Endan [Flame Type: Fire Wall Attack]

Description: A Katon (fire element) ninjutsu technique where the ninja inhales deeply, drawing in a full chest of air. They then exhale, producing a very wide stream of flames that approach their target as a huge wall. This technique however uses an extremely large amount of the user's chakra and cannot be used frequently.

Description: Using chakra to extend the blades of the user’s blades, the user charges almost directly at their opponent with movements so swift it almost seems like they are flying. This usually results with a near-fatal blow across the chest to the target.

Background: A simple noble man living in Iwakagure, he enjoyed a quiet childhood and upbringing of a scribe's family and the One Mother. He soon choose a wonderful occupation as a writer, creating beautiful poems, plays, and songs. He was rich beyond belief, but there was still a void. He soon filled that void with Mia. He courted her, and romance sparked a new relationship. Within the year, they had married and went to live happy lives, or so they thought.
The country of Iwakagure was constantly at war, as was most countries led by ninjas. How Cardinal thought it was such a disgusting thing, to murder only to prove ones strength. He kept himself away from the so called 'government', respecting the rules and keeping quiet about his opinions.
Another great war occured four years after the couple was happily married. It seemed of no importance to them, as it was in a far off country, with nothing to do with them, or so they believed. They came so hungrily for her, he did not know what to do.
A rainy night, the storm clouds fighting for dominance, decided his fate. The door was knocked, and in came a squad of ANBU. For what reason, he could not fathom, for he had done nothing wrong. Mia, scared, cuddled to his side. They called for her, saying that her father was a criminal, and she should take the responsibility. Cardinal argued, and told them to leave, but they did not. They attacked her. Cardinal had no choice; he drew his blade and fought with all his honed skills. He was no match for ANBU, though, and was soon overtaken, and badly wounded. They murdered his wife, feet from him. He was helpless to stop them.
He lay there in a daze for several weeks, barely conscious. He slipped in and out of comatose states, and didn't even realize that he was placed in a hospital. Eight months later, he awoke, thinking it all a bad dream. Reality proved him wrong.
He went to find a sensei, as full of hatred as he. He did, and his shinobi training had began. For three years, he excelled in all his training. Once he felt skilled enough, he killed his sensei, and made his way towards the southern lands. He goes in search of the ANBU who murdered his wife, taking their lives as vengeance.

No, each of them has their own fighting type. They share the same limit of jutsus, but they are not able to use each other's jutsus. For example, Cardinal can't perform any genjutsu, and Cadence can't use any Katon jutsu. They simply both do not use the same jutsu style. If I have to, I'll put taijutsu / genjutsu as their stronger type, although Cardinal does prefer ninjutsu.
And I did combine the physical strengths, since it is the same body. Unfortunately, their minds are too different for combination of their mental strengths and weaknesses.
