Description: This technique uses pre-existing water in the area to create weights on a person’s arms and legs. This can be used to slow down an enemy's movements, but can be a double edged sword, as the added weight will make their blows more powerful. The water can be gathered from a standing source, or can be condensed from a mist or fog. These weights are also useful for strength training

Description: This Ninjutsu technique uses water as its base for creating the clones. Each clone is one tenth as powerful as the ninja using it and has a limited range it can move away from its creator. Like the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique], this clone can attack as if it were the ninja themselves. One hit will destroy it

Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is a very powerful technique that most gennin are not capable of performing due to the high amount of chakra concentration it uses. The user must first gather chakra into his hand and mouth. The mouth then shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one intensely hot fireball. This attack is similar to a huge devastating flamethrower.

Back story:Background: Shin was born with a twin brother; both born in mist these two always were competing testing their skills. Jin like his mother was born with Black hair and blue eyes while Shin received his blonde hair from their father. Growing up as a mist Shinobi is never easy considering you’re eyes have to be trained to see through the thickest of fog, and you must show no pain, feelings of love, or any other sign of emotion if you want to live trust you’re family and that’s all. When the boys reached the age of seven their mother and father left the two boys and went on a S-ranked mission to the village hidden in the sand from then on they had been M.I.A most people of the village says they were buried in the sand to die, but their sons used the pain to make them strong their grandfather took them in and taught them what he knew. Shin wanted to show his father how strong he had become and that he was the greatest sword user in the entire world, and that nothing would stop him as long as he held a blade.

Sensui was slowly walking through the woods. His feet barely making a sound. His ears seemed to be playing tricks on him when he started to hear strange sounds behind him... Sounds that could make anyone believe that they were being followed. Keeping to himself, the young ninja would continue to walk. His eyes turning from left to right, making sure that there was no way possible anyone could sneak up on him. All of a sudden, he heard the noises creeping closer and closer 'till the sound of a leaf being stepping on sent him into a mad dash. The boy's arms were pointed straight back as he leaned his upper body forward, rushing as fast as he could. Looking back, a dark figure could be seen coming up on him at a high speed. Stopping at a large tree, the young Hyuuga would check to see if he had anything to protect himself with. Sadly, all he found was a kunai and mirror.

Plotting, the young ninja would rip the wire from his sleeve attachment and poke a hole in the mirror using the kunai. Next, he just waited for the man to come out of the bushes. His eyes were as black as tar, he was a very tall and muscular man. He wore no head band or anything representing what village he was from. Looking the man dead in the eye was something that most children would not do because of fear... But Sen stood his ground. Looking at the large man, with a smirk on his face that had been hidden by his black undershirt. Just when he thought the man couldn’t be any dumber for chasing him, he made himself seem even dumber when he spoke, large lips opened but all that came out was a very low and annoying tone.

“Ah, boy, you must think you are really cool. Well, let me tell you something kid... You’re useless, a joke!”

All Sen could hear was complete nonsense, a grown man stalking a child. This man was the biggest coward in history. Though he was a complete and total idiot, he would still pose a challenge to the young ninja. Reaching out with the katana, the large man would attempt to cut Sensui from his left. Simply raising the kunai in his hand, he was able to block against the katana, but he was still thrown against the a tree.

In the young mans head, he began to try to think of a plan. His head was going to explode if he couldn’t find what he needed.

“Calm down! You have all the time in the world, all you need is the right advantage and this idiot would never see it coming.”

After the quick pep talk, his head was back in a cool state. Moving quickly, Sen would throw the kunai into the branch of a tree leaving the mirror dangling helplessly from it. The man’s face showed a bit concern as if he had no idea what was going on around him. 'Why throw his only kunai away?' He thought. Taking the time he was granted by the man, the young student would quickly concentrate his chakra until three veins popped out of the side of his eyes. His iris would then expand outwards giving him a greater insight of the battle field.

“Welcome into my circle. This is where you will be dying at so please, get comfortable.”

The boy would say in a low tone. Staring into his eyes, the boy watched as the man ran and swung the large blade once again. This time, he could easily see the attack. Pushing off his right foot, diving to the left avoiding the blade just by a hair. Hitting the ground, the boy would stand right back up. When he felt a strange presence, turning to look back he saw an arrow fly right passed him. At that very moment, a few men fitting the same description as the first man.

“Oi, having a little, trouble Dox?” One of the men would say to the previous member of their gang. “Hey he is very good for a kid, but I think it is time this little monster is killed.”
At that very moment, the Hyuuga could feel all the attention of every man there turn and focus on him. As they rushed, all the men at once began to throw punches at the boy. Using his clan’s ability, the boy would swat away the men's punches, of course all of them at once. It was quite a challenge, but some he took, and some he could block. The fight raged on for an hour, Sen had taken out ten men by himself, simply by dogging each blow thrown by the men, sadly it was a bit different then fighting a large group as they would take turns attempting to take the student out. Keeping his cool Sen wold seem almost untouchable but still there was always a time when the men would get a lucky shot in finally finishing off the last one Sen had grew tired and also gained a total of thirty-three injuries, the men were, passed out or in a lot of pain. Moments later, the boy would rise to his feet and try to escape, only to be stopped by the man whom he had fought. Falling to the ground, he would look up at the man who was cracking his knuckles.

“You put me through some hell, kid!” He said in a loud and very frightening voice as his arms lifted in the air to deliver one last blow. When just out the corner of his eye, the mirror that he had positioned revealed the archer that was hiding, taking aim at his head. At the same time the arrow was released, so was the powerful punch. Knowing that this was his only chance to live, the Hyuuga waited for the large man to grow closer. Right as the arrow was only a few seconds away, he rolled away from the man’s punch, and reached out grabbing him and pulling him forward.

Sen would watch as the arrow pierced the man’s skull and came out the other side. Quickly, he would have to move, jumping to the branch where kunai was stuck. Waiting patiently, a female would come from the bushes crying, holding a bow in her hand. Just then, the boy would drop with the kunai in his grasp staring at the women as he grew closer to her. Simply raising his arm and swinging it forward, the young Hyuuga slit her throat.

“Die.” He would say in a grim tone as his back turned to them and he slowly limped back to his village.

The rule about basic jutsu not counting for your limited jutsu slots only applies to Chunnin-ranked and up. For Genin, each basic jutsu counts one slot just as regular jutsu do. It's only when you rank up to Chunnin that they no longer take up slots.

Also, you do not automatically get the basics. You must learn them. The only auto ones are Henge, Bunshin, and Kawarimi. You can also select up to two other jutsus at D-rank or lower to start with. C-rank and higher must be learned. They must be put in the "want to learn" part.

Wanna hear the fun part? Before the time skip me and Jin trained with Haldur and he personally said that we get one C rank from him and that we learned all the basic jutsu. Not only that but my skill in Kenjutsushi and Jins skill in Taijutsu is also boosted.

Wanna hear the other fun part? Until you're a Chuunin, every basic jutsu still takes up a slot, and you have more than one C-rank there. Since Haldur is the one who said this, I will allow him to finish this one.

EDIT: I see the message, and what he meant by the rest on the Basic Jutsus is the Academy-level ones. I'm fine with the one C-rank, but just ONE.
