Appearance:Looking very similar to what Sasuke looks like (in Shippuden), he wears the traditional Mizukage robes of a white cloak , on the back is his "Kage" Kanji, and a blue hat with the "Mist" Kanji on it, underneath he wears his battle uniform, which consists of light blue pants, a light blue short-sleeved t-shirt, and a light blue headband. This way, he blends in more within his Mist.

Bloodline:Sharingan Eye Level Three [Rank: S; Type: Bloodline] - This is the final normal form of the Sharingan Eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. In this form the clan member can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it to be used later. This form can also initiate the Mangekyou "Kaleidoscope" form. An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attackers next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed Chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three Tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any hand seals. The drawback to this is that it uses up a lot of Chakra to maintain, so only those with a very large Chakra pool can have this form of the Sharingan Eye activated for a while.
Sharingan Eye: Mangekyou Sharingan Level Two (Upgrade) [Rank: S; Type: Bloodline] - The second form of the legendary Mangekyou Sharingan of the Sharingan Eye. With this form, the user can perform two of the three legendary Deity Jutsus. The drawback to this is that if the user uses it too often and/or has it activated for too long, their eyesight diminishes over time at the point that they'll become completely blind, and it takes a LOT of Chakra to keep it activated.

The copy serves can serve as a distraction or as means to confuse their opponent. As soon the the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with the opponent, they will disappear in a puff of smoke.
(Basic) Kawarimi No Jutsu (Change of the Body Stance Technique) [Rank: E; Type: Ninjutsu] - When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
Nawanuke no Jutsu (Escaping Skill) [Rank: E; Type: Ninjutsu] - Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.

Ayatsuito no Jutsu (String Reeling Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjutsu] - Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.
(Basic) Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjusu] - The basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it.
Kage Shuriken no Jutsu (Shadow Shuriken Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjutsu] - Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Fuuma Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.
Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu (Mist Servant Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Genjutsu] - Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu techinque that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjutsu] - Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjutsu] - Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.
Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Katon Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu techinque utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.
(Basic) Kai (Release) [Rank: C (Advanced Skill); Type: Ninjutsu] - Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
(Basic) Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing) [Rank: C (Advanced Genin Skill); Type: Ninjutsu] - Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their Chakra, and it also teaches them how to run up trees and walk up walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are said to be the hardest location to learn how to master Chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will be able to have any Jutsu available to him (theoretically) because she can focus Chakra as needed. Next the chakra released must be properly controlled.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target. Can also be used without wires.
Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi (Sharingan Windmill Triple Blade) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline] - Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha Clan. Using the developed vision of the Sharingan eye, the clan member hurls three Windmill Shuriken which have wire attached. While in the air the clan member can manipulate wire to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them.
(Basic) Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking) [Rank: C (Advanced Genin Skill); Type: Ninjutsu] - A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of Chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Karyuu Endan (Fire Dragon Flame Projectile) [Rank: B; Type: Ninjutsu] - Katon Karyuu Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to blow a large jet of fire from their mouth.
Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Dragon Projectile Technique) [Rank: B; Type: Ninjutsu] - Suiton Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.
Suishouha (Water Collision Destruction) [Rank: B; Type: Ninjutsu] - Suiton Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Uchiha Kenji does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at his target.
A-Rank:
Jubaku Satsu (Tree Binding Death) [Rank: A; Type: Genjutsu] - Jubaku Satsu is a Genjutsu technique. After forming the needed hand seals, Kenji will disappear and approach his target. Once near his target, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, Kenji will appear from the tree itself and stab his target.
Suijinheki (Water Encampment Wall) [Rank: A; Type: Ninjutsu] - Suiton Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.

Magen Kyouten Chiten (Demonic Illusion Mirror Heaven and Earth Change) [Rank: S; Type: Genjutsu/Bloodline] - Magen Kyouten Chiten is a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan Eye, the Uchiha clan member can stop the sensory spell cast on their body and reverse it back on their opponent.
Tsukuyomi [Goddess of the Moon (Moon Reader) Technique] [Rank: S; Type: Genjutsu/Bloodline] - Tsukuyomi, named for the Goddess of the Moon, is a Doujutsu illusion technique which uses the Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope) ability of the Sharingan Eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The spell takes place in the mind of the one affected, while the jutsu is cast the one it was cast upon is at the total mercy of the clan member. The clan member has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of pain. It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can defeat it.

Background:
Born between two Uchihas in Konohagakure no Sato (Village Hidden in the Leaves), Kenji was born in the Village Hospital. But, right after he was born, his parents left Konoha for unknown reasons to go to Kirigakure no Sato (Village Hidden in the Mist). When they got there, the Mizukage at the time took them into his Village, and the Med-Nins in the Village took care of Kenji while his parents went on Missions while they stayed at the Village. Around the time that Kenji was five, his parents put him through the Shinobi Academy to train and become a Shinobi of Kirigakure. Though most of the people didn't know, only the Mizukage, and a select few of his subordinates, knew that he, as well as his parents, were Uchihas from Konoha, but also knew that because of this, they would be extremely valuable while on their Missions if they met up with someone from Konoha. Sadly, around the time that Kenji was twelve, the time that he had just graduated the Academy and became a Genin, he got word from one of the Kiri ANBU that both of his parents were killed while on their S-Ranked Mission.
Finding out that it was someone from the Konoha ANBU, Kenji vowed to get revenge on them, though it was the place that he was born at, he didn't see why they had to kill his parents. He did understand about what happens to Missing-Nins when they leave their Village, but he knew that his parents didn't do anything to Konoha that made so that they had to be killed while on their Mission. He was pretty certain that there was something else more about what he's been told that he's certain he can find out somehow. Not too long ago after that, after going around through his stuff, he found an old, long, narrow box with his name on it. Kenji opened it up and found a long sheath and a pair of Twin Kodachis laying neatly beside it. After find this, he immediately started to train with them, knowing that his parents left them for him as an heirloom. Training day in and day out, taking only a few short breaks, and getting just enough sleep, Kenji soon found himself "becoming one with them". Right after getting orders to go on his first Mission, along with two of his classmates and one of the Jounins from the Village, they were given the order to catch a local thief that had been going around, capture him, and kill him if necessary. But, they all soon found out that their small, little D-Ranked Mission turned into an A-Ranked Mission when they came across Momochi Zabuza and Haku, both formally from Kirigakure.
After a long, hard battle between all of them, the Jounin and two of the other Genin took on Zabuza, while Kenji and the other Genin took on Haku, which they thought was going to be an easy thing since he was their age, if not just slightly younger.... They were dead wrong! Not even five minutes into their battle, Kenji and the other Genin soon found out that Haku wasn't your typical Shinobi when they found out that he could perform handsigns with only one hand, as well as use his Hyouton (Ice) Jutsus with his Kekkei Genkai, which consisted of "One Thousand Needles of Death" and "Demonic Crystal Ice Mirrors". About a good hour into the battle, they found out that Haku's only been playing with them, and not really wanting to kill them, but that didn't stop them from wanting to kill him, that's when Haku made his biggest mistake....
In the mist of their battle, Haku struck down Kenji's Genin friend at the point that Kenji thought he was dead. During this time, Kenji thought of nothing else but surviving through all of this, when he tried to escape from Haku's "Demonic Crystal Ice Mirrors", Haku tried to strike him down too, but, Kenji then stopped, closed his eyes, turned around to Haku, reached his left arm over his head for the top Kodachi's hilt, then down and around with his right hand for the bottom Kodachi's hilt, pulled both of them out at the same time, opened his eyes up, revealing his Sharingan Eye at their Level One form, and blocked Haku's Senbon Needles just in time, they were then at a small stalemate. Haku was kind of shocked at this, but not really, knowing that his Hyouton Bloodline was more powerful that his Sharingan Eye, but he was in for a little surprise.... Though Haku was faster than Kenji without his Eyes, Haku soon found out that because of his Eyes, Kenji could actually see his movements slightly slower than without them, and was actually able to block his attacks, but just wasn't able to counter-attack him.
After a long, long battle, Zabuza and Haku decided to flee from them, seeing that they're getting nowhere with them, in terms of killing them. Seeing this, Kenji and the others went back onto going on their Mission, found the thief, captured him with relative ease, took him back to Kirigakure to the Mizukage, after that, they don't know what was done with him. After some needed rest, Kenji heard about the upcoming Chuunin Exams, which he took at the first possible moment, along with constantly training with his Kodachis. Kenji passed the Chuunin Exams with relative ease, then immediately started training once he heard about the Jounin Exams coming up.
After going on many Missions, while still constantly training with his Kodachis and for the Jounin Exams, Kenji also developed his Sharingan Eye up to Level Two in both eyes. With this upgrade, Kenji's able to see his opponent's movements slightly more slowly than with the Level One form, and he's able to distinguish the difference between a Clone and the real person, but not completely clearly if they used "Kage Bunshin", and he's also able to perform minor copying in terms of fighting styles, but can't actually copy full Jutsus. During that time of the Jounin Exams, he actually thought he wasn't going make it because he had to fight against a Hyuuga that was formerly from Konoha because he only had the Level Two form on his Sharingan Eye.
Just as the Hyuuga was performing his "Hakke Rokujuuyonshou (Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand)", Kenji tried to get away from him, but was still hit by most of the 64 Palms, but, by pure luck, dodged the last of the attack, which would've blocked all of his Chakra flow. But, because he was hit by the others, some of his Tenketsu was blocked already, so he couldn't do as much as he wanted to. Getting angry at this, Kenji gathered up as much Chakra as he possibly could, which, at this point, wasn't a whole lot, but he managed to gather up enough. Doing this, Kenji activated the next level of his Sharingan Eye, which put him at the Level Three form. After getting this new form, because it was new to him, he didn't really know the extent of its powers, but he found out really quick that it enhanced how he saw the movements of his opponent much slower than with the Level Two form. Seeing this, Kenji went after the Hyuuga again, though stumbling a little bit because a lot of his Tenketsu was blocked, but at least he was able to move.
The Hyuuga kept fighting him with a smile upon his face, but it quickly faded when he saw that Kenji had copied his Taijutsu fighting style, nearly matching exactly what he's been using against him. He started getting a little scared because of this, knowing that everytime he tried to attack him, he'd just block and try to counter him. At that time, Kenji started using his Chakra, what's left of it that he can use, and started performing his Clan's Katon Jutsus against him, though knowing that he can easily dodge them and use his "Hakkeshou Kaiten (Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin)" to block it as well. Through a long, vigorous battle between the two, it actually came out to a draw between them, which was actually a disappointment for them, but they were both surprised when the Mizukage said that they both could be Jounins, which was a rarity. Seeing this, Kenji deactivated his Sharingan Eye, and he and the Hyuuga congratulated each other on a great performance, and the Hyuuga admitted to being a little shocked and scared when he saw his Sharingan upgrade to the Level Three form.
After acquiring this, Kenji, along with training with his Kodachis, he also trained with some of his fellow Kiri Shinobi, testing out the limits of his Sharingan Eye, and mastering its techniques, in terms of its copying abilities, which he found out that he actually hypnotizes his opponent, which in turn, allows him to force him/her to use a Jutsu that he wishes to use. At the same time, he found out that he can read most Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu, copy it, and counter with it. He also found out that he can see through most Genjutsu and reflect it back onto its caster, as well as see through Clones, and determine who the real Shinobi is. During the years of constant training, he found himself in a war with Otogakure no Sato, their main enemy, other than Konoha, and found himself fighting along side of the Mizukage through a long, vigorous battle with the Otokage, Orochimaru, and one of his Jounin subordinates. Through the battle, Kenji fought against the Oto Jounin, and the Mizukage fought again Orochimaru, but they all knew that he probably wouldn't win because they knew that Orochimaru was one of the three legendary Shinobi known as "Sannins", and that his power of Jutsus were great, especially those that were considered Kinjutsu (Forbidden Techniques). Kenji, during the battle, released his Sharingan Eye to both of them, and showed what he learned about the eyes over the years.
After the long, vigorous battle, the end came out to the Mizukage and Orochimaru's Jounin dying, and Orochimaru, who had spent quite a bit of his Chakra in the battle, and knows that because of Kenji's Sharingan Eyes, he wouldn't last too much longer against him. But, just for fun, he walked over to the Kage's dead body, then started desecrating it by spitting on it, kicking it, and other various things, just to see what Kenji will do about it. This was a big mistake on his part though, because of that, Kenji got so mad, mostly because he couldn't help the Kage fight against him, and he feels responsible for it, he closes his eyes tight, trying not to cry, but does anyway, gathers up much more Chakra that he never thought he had, opened them up, and revealed his eyes upgrades from the Level Three form straight to the legendary Mangekyou Sharingan Level Two form! Seeing this, and knowing of its powers, Orochimaru fled from him, knowing that if he kept fighting that they'd both die from Chakra exhaustion, and knows that he can always come back to attack again. Pretty much immediately after he left, Kenji, due to exhaustion, fell to the ground flat on his face, and woke up later on in the Village hospital.
When he was finally released from the hospital, the Village Shinobi and the Villagers heard of his battle with Orochimaru, and the acting Mizukage, because they still never actually found one to replace their Kage, asked Kenji if he would take the position as the next Mizukage. Shocked by this, the other Village people looked at him, nodding their heads to him, then got down on their knees, and bowed to him respectfully, showing that they want him as their next Kage. Nodding his head to them, he accepted the title as the next Mizukage, though he knows the dangers of doing so, but, even from that, he still will protect his Village at the cost of his life if need be, just like the Kages before him. On an S-Ranked Mission that he was on, he learned of the three Deity Jutsus, and found out that he can perform two of them, but he chose to master the ultimate Genjutsu of the Uchiha Bloodline known as "Tsukiyomi, the Goddess of the Moon and Illusions". He also found out that using the Mangekyou Sharingan too much and/or for too long causes his eyesight to diminish over time, so he knows not to use it unless he desperately has to.
