Jutsu's

Name: Element Input: Lightning
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Must have Lightning element
Description: This technique allows the user to Input an aura of chakra around/in the weapon or object to give it an aura of the element its self. This technique doesn't harm the weapon or object unless the user disturbs the consternating power to explode or implode.The technique allows the user to use the element as an effect during combat. Element Lightning input allows the user to shock or numb an enemies body part and give a boost to Lightning element based techniques. Each technique is limited by the amount of time the user keeps it active, he/she has the ability to turn it off or on when ever they like.

Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Kinobori
Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

Name: Dragoon Transform
Rank: C
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: The user bonds with the spirit of the dragon of their element and in a strange sequence, they get large armor and wings. A gem where their sternum is. The gem is decoratory. There are 5 levels of a dragoon. For each level, one must be able to learn a kinjutsu of the Rank, and Kinjutsu train it for points equal to the level. Does not count for Level 1. All Dragoon form jutsus are to be seperately trained, and may only be ranks up to the level of the user's form. So if a person trains the jutsu and they are at level 5 it can be S-Ranked and trained as such

Mi Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
Sword Name: Kage Hebi (Shadow Serpent)
Type: Ninjutsu, Weapon
Rank: D-S
Requirements: Dragon Lords Bloodline Shadow Dragon Control
Description: This is a personification of the Darkness Dragon. The Shadow Dragon is supposedly the Lord of Serpents. Its body has multiple forms, so its unbound and can take the shape of what it sees fit. Thus the sword is created with its own body. Supposedly the body of the dragon is what makes up this sword. Since the dragon isn't bound to one form or control, so is the sword. Since the darkness element doesn't exist, it takes the 5 that do and makes them it's own.
Rank D: It appears as a plan double sided blade. It is made solid when held, but if thrown it will dissolve into nothing, and remake its appearance the next day with the wielder. Grants the +20% weapon skill into jutsu, thus giving it some qualities of Darkness. Absorbs small amount of chakra constantly from user.(Makes jutsu slight tinged of black.)

Rank C: It has the increased sharpness to it and adds +40% weapon skill and gives jutsu a more tinged darkness. Absorbs less chakra from user, as it now sees the barer more fitting.

Add to Background:

After the attack thanks to the squad she was in Team Omega, the village was rebuilt quickly. But, thanks to their efforts, Suteki and Torio were both hospitalized. Suteki was stuck in the hospital for an entire month pretty much. The missions were bringing a group of workers, lots of supplies, and money in order to repair the village. They were on their way back when a group of Bandits attacked. Team Omega managed to defeat them in the end. Suteki managed to scare half of them away, and the rest were killed by the team. But during the attack, Suteki was separated from the team. Torio had saved her from a hand full of bandits that attacked her. They almost rapped and killed her, but just before, Torio saved her. But not without cost, both of them suffered smoke inhalation from a fire Suteki started, and bad injuries from the bandits. But it seemed to all be worth it in the end, they all survived, and the village was rebuilt quickly.

Everything seemed to be back to normal for the most part. Suteki received an odd tattoo on her hand in the shape of a serpent or dragon. She also somehow received a unique sword. Suteki had no idea how this came about, but it helped her greatly in the following days.

The village seemed to be back in working order. But it was short lived, just 3 weeks after the initial attack, the village was attacked yet again. This time though, the village managed to stop the intruders. Suteki herself managed to kill two ninja with the help of several others. But it was her that delivered the final blow. But three of her teammates were baddly injured, and one was kidnapped. Originally she thought Danmos, and Slevin were both killed, while Torio was just badly injured. Slevin was taken away by an unknown ninja, while Torio took Danmos to get treatment for thier injuries. After the battle Suteki went to search for them.

But this wasn't the end of her efforts. She ran into two more invaders. She took one of them on single handedly, while two other ninja fought the second. She manged to get an initial surprise attack, ripping the eye out of the ninja. But for her final blow, she blew up the other eye blinding the ninja, and driving her insane. These three ninja were all Chuunin or Jounin class ninja, A ranked ninja. She managed to capture the third ninja. Now they had someone to question for all these attacks. But after the battle, Suteki was again hospitalized and also taken for questioning for 3 days by the ANBU. For three days she didn't know if her friends were alive or not. It took another week before she was able to find her friends.

If you wish to place into construction, I will do all above myself. Will have to most likely next update after tournament.
