Name: Wind Blast- Chain Style

Requirements: A chain that you can channel chakra through.
Description: By using the wind Chakra residing within oneself, the user channels wind chakra through the chain, and spins the chain around rapidly in front of them. The user will then force the wind chakra out and forward, and have an effect much like Temari's wind jutsus, but with less effect.

Type: Nin/Tai
Rank: C
Requirements: Shiatamme Clan, or taught by a member.
Description: This is a jutsu based off of theories from the Shiatamme clan. This jutsu uses no hand seals, but requires chakra to maintain. This particular fist uses the Water Chakra residing in oneself, combined with Wind to make Ice to make an aura surround the user. While in effect, the user will gain a slight power increase. It also will freeze slightly upon impact with an object, depending on the amount of chakra used in the attack. Depending on the rank of the user, more chakra will be needed due to chakra leekage. At E-rank, the jutsu lasts about 1 posts before chakra will be depleted. D/C- two posts B/A- Three posts, S/SS- four posts.
