I agree with enkil; I had to say that an NPC was the clan leader, but that still works.

Later though, Vel's gonna take over the clan leadership, but until then, I have an NPC leader.

so fax have it set that a NPC is the clan leader untill you have reached Chuunin. also Vel thanks for bringing it up.

Once you have reached chuunin you can take it over. but i have talked with AJ about this ealier and thats what he told me your RPC is fine but he can not be clan leader untill he is chuunin

Kats, that's fine. However, he's stated he wants this to be an RPC. He cannot have this as an RPC and be clan leader. However, if he turns it into an NPC and makes it the appropiate rank, it'd be fine.
