Uhm, why not A-Rank? I've been waiting for Amegaki to ravage the competition forever and I stiiiil can't do it? I say it should be S-SS not allowed, A isn't that bad in comparison if u look around.

And Amegaki is uber pwnz0r. and I still have quite a few slots which I plan to fill with combos and Inuzuka techs oh and eventually.... Rasengan. (That's why I made my new Jutsu tha wolf awakeny thingy, so I have massive amounts of chakra for a little bit of time)
