I'm going to be putting in ranks, how to gain them, and what they give. Any ideas?

Maybe new ranks in the team could be awarded with more leniency, acess to newer materials (both weapons and resources), or things like that?

As for rank names, I was going to say Element names, since it's Team Silver, but eh.

Gain ranks by turning in Missing-nin or gathering good enough intel?

I just got back to it Katsuga, and I last did something yesterday.

And no, I don't wanna use the Elements idea, though it is a pretty good idea. I'm trying to figure out number of ranks and if it will provide any benefits.
