May cause light burns toward the face of the opponent and causes minor damage toward the body of the opponent. _________________
ok, now that is taken care of, I still see it as unacceptable because it is way too generic and we have jutsu that do the same thing that have a higher rank. Perhaps if you explain the range and power of it a bit more I could get a better grip of the jutsu. Also, sorry if I seem like a bunghollio right now. I'm just doin what I believe is right in the situation. _________________
