Requirements: Kichi Ozanaru is require to perform this jutsu with a fire soul demon inside of her.
Description: This jutsu equivalent causes the user to summon a demon from within her which shoots out a bursting of flames at the user from his or her mouth. May cause burns toward the face of the opponent and causes minor damage toward the body of the opponent.

I refuse to do that on the grounds that you didn't make it and you can't just do that. Only admin can vouch for people without the proper posts as well. Also, I have a few qualms about this jutsu. We have a lot of jutsu that do the same exact thing. Litterally. Aso, it's also not right for you to approve and move this as a mod due to the fact you had a hand in its creation and the creation of the bloodline it is based off of.

EDIT: Now that I read your edit. I definately don't think you should be the one approving it due to the fact it is now 100% imbedded in your bloodline.
