this is the new clan that i have been working on for quite some time and well its done. I need two more members before it can be accepted so if you can and want to make an rpc from this clan then please post in that topic . I got the idea thanks to Sench on a different site and was working on it slowly and shortly. This clan is based on the theroy of less chakra usage and more elemental useage from the start
