Bleach doesn't lack imagination, what it lacks is people reading deeply into the lore of the land. It requires you to understand their world and how it operates which might be difficult at times since the lore of the land is consistently changing.
But if I took what you said about bleach and applied it to Naruto it would be the same. Naruto has been a lot of fighting with semantics added in. Things the reader already knew. Where as Bleach lets you fill in the blanks by keeping you guessing. |
