Haha, you and your silly art.
Did you first sketch it? You should make the lips a little bit smaller and the face a little bit less long, since it's a girl. The perfect face structure for a girl is small with high cheek bones, and blue eyes, with blond hair slightly hanging down her face, and a ponytail on the back of her head.
Now, draw that and I would be amazed.

I hate blonds. Or rather, all the blond women I've ever met have been nothing but pure assholes to me all my life. That being said, I think I was the only black guy to bleach his hair blond in 2007.
