Isn't that what I said?

For now, I won't be able to use him. Now, I could only use a normal Ninkame and only one. And when I DO use Kuchiyose I use up ALOT of chakra. And so, I would BARELY use Kuchiyose No Jutsu in ANY rp's. Infact, I'm waiting for the Chuunin Exam.

So what will the decision be?
