Tsubaki looked down as what Tomu said was true. He didn't really stop the man but he never implied interest either. But when he made mention to wanting to be his boyfriend, Tsubaki's head rose and his eyes lit up softly. He smiled and then laughed nervously. "I... want you to.... be my boy friend." He said as he stood up and sat on Tomu's lap and smiled, kissing him softly on the lips. "I don't want to lose you." He said as he held his lover and rested his head on his neck till the waiter came back. He looked defeated seeing Tsubaki with Tomu that way and silently left the food and drinks there.

"Dinner's here." Tsubaki said as he sat back in his chair and ate his food.

It was odd that Tsutomu still felt a little doubt in the back of his brain as he had to think outside the box to fight Baki between him and the table. It wasn't a tight fit but he did have to move the table a bit to let him through. Although, when Baki sat in his lap and placed his arms around him kissing him softly, Tomu's mind was only momentarily deterred. When the waiter returned, Tomu was neither happy nor sad for the guy. He was sort of indifferent choosing to take a swig of his water and than start on the egg drop soup.

"You know, I don't know why this reminds me of my old nanny, but I think its because when I was little this was the only thing good she could make." Tomu said laughing, "But I must say this is good.."

He took took some more and finished an entire bowl of egg drop soup and felt that calm and normal. It was actually pretty good feeling to feel like he was loved and wanted.

"Thanks for bringing me here." He said softly, leaning over the table to potentially kiss Baki if Baki did the same.

Tsubaki ate his meal and didn't complain. It was almost as good as his brother's but didn't have that zing that he had. He smiled as Tomu spoke about his nanny and how she made the soup. Tsubaki giggled and then smiled at the comment. He continued to eat slowly and then Tomu spoke once more, thanking him for bringing him there. He leaned in and Tsubaki smiled and then leaned forward, their lips meeting and a mutual kiss of love happening. Tsubaki was lost in the kiss that his lover gave him and pulled away. Just as that happened and explosion rocked the Country. Tsubaki broke the kiss and then ran outside. In the distance where Kumo was he could see what looked like fireworks in the sky.

"Tamotsu!" He said as he went back to Tomu and spoke hurried. "My brother might be where that explosion was." He said as he couldn't wait and ran off.

With a sudden break, Tomu found himself sighing deeply trying to conquer his emotions. Picking up his glass of water he did not complain, he did not make a seen, or get made, he took a drink washing down the taste of Baki and smiled. He was mad that this always seemed to happen, right when they had a good thing going, there was something that had to get in the way. And again, he did not move from his spot letting Baki run off simply taking at least a bite of the rest he ordered. It may have seen like he was being cold, but it seemed like when ever Baki saw a flash in the sky he thought of his brother and started freaking out. It was for that reason that Tomu was going to finish his meal.

"I'd like this to go." Tomu said sitting back and pulled out his wallet. He paid for the meal and walked out the restaurant looking in the direction of Kumogakure.

"Baki... I thought you said you wouldn't leave me... I'm guessing when your brother's involved... Promises don't matter.." He took a step holding a white bag with both their meals inside.

Tsubaki ran hard but felt something. He stopped and looked back at the village. He felt as if he abandoned Tomu and then ran back to the village to find his lover. When he did, he found him holding a doggy bag and then sighed sadly. "I'm sorry." He said as he looked Tomu in the eyes. "This is our adventure together. Let's finish the road ahead and beyond together." He said hoping he could be forgiven. He held Tomu to him and took his hand. "Let's write the best story together so that the stars can write about us." He said knowing time was short but being alone was worse.

With hands linked, Tomu followed smiling at how corny Baki was becoming, but it was ok because he came back. It was this that warmed his heart and Tomu couldn't hold it any more. He laughed closing his eyes with tears showing as he couldn't stop laughing at this situation.

"You corny! But I love you... " Tomu said trying to stop himself, but it was infectious and hard to stop.

"Lets go to Kumogakure! It seems like they are in trouble!" Tomu wiped the tear off his cheek and started running in the direction of Kumo hand in hand with Baki.
