so Rank # times 2 kin points right?
2=4
3=6
4=8
5=10
Works for me, i was going to do 5 points X rank #.

Anyone who hunts ninja, or specialty is tracking, or assassinations, would fit your above category. They would want to strengthen their senses for this type of job. A person like Naruto, or Sasuke wouldn't. They do all jobs, and Sasuke has his glorious eye. Both ninja would find it pointless to focus so much training on this.

Those who are blind tend to highly focus on their hearing anyway to compensate for it. Rank 1 will not be for free, it'll be for a 2 Point Kin Training. As for the bumping/double posting, we go by dates, not hours. I see Oct 10, then I see Oct 11. To me, that's only one day.
